Went in on a random day and was told they are not offering bank teller services. My transactions cannot all be completed at an atm. Why is there no bank teller at a bank?

Terrible, I had to go more than 5 kisses to the one on Broadway I wanted to get a bank account and they always give me an excuse, I'm not going to arobar so they can help me reluctantly, I bring them what they ask for, they always ask me for another, this bank is terrible.

I avoid this place at all cost, always crowded and when there’s no customers the staff miss informs you and makes you wait in line after giving you wrong information.

Dad got money stolen here. Some guy switched his card with my dad. Took $600 from his account and boa has been very unhelpful. So has the police.

Bank of America is terrible will never bank with them EVER again. Had money stolen and they won’t do a thing about it.
