This is the worst BOA I have ever came in to. There's no structure. There's no happy energy. There are not enough machines, and not enough tellers' lines get backed up to the point where they go all the way outside. There was 3 tellers and then one of them disappeared and now there's only 2 for all the people

Few days ago I walked into this branch to do a simple transaction that turned into an hour thirty minute wait time horrible customer service . Out of all the years I’ve came to this branch this has been the most irritating visit the representatives at the windows are extremely slow ! They SIT there and have unnecessary conversation with clients laugh between each other . There was a heavy set woman who seem extremely overwhelmed sitting in the handicap window, that could just move as slow as a turtle …next to her was young man with glasses probably competing with her to see who moved the slowest. I got to the window I was helped by a young lady who was helping another line she move quickly but she was helping two lines at time .. while she helped three clients the other two associates were still with the same clients. what brought me here is the fact this branch is one of the busiest branches in the area and the only branch open on Saturdays they don’t have enough staff to assist clients the ATMs are always out of service the useless slow staff takes hours to help people. Who is the person running this branch .. it definitely needs an upgrade. After reading all these comments I ask myself why do I still bank with this company .

This place is extreme short staff the wait is ridicules and associates are useless staring with the people in the front assisting us customers . I walked in yesterday morning at 9 am to do wire for a property i did not have apt I understand there should be wait time however I was approached by pregnant woman with short hair who is VERY RUDE. I told her I needed to do a wire and she told me the wait time was an hour 30 minutes there was no customers waiting but because I didn’t have an appointment I’d have to wait …However what blew my mind was that lady walked into open account and she did not have an appointment because I heard the entire conversation to my surprise she was helped right away by that pregnant woman.. I asked the lady at the front desk why was I being skipped and the woman that seem to be glued to that chair with no sense of urgency all she said was there was an extend wait time and if I did not want to wait I could go to another branch . THIS IS THE LAST TIME I VISITS this location it has been my worst experience

Diana Pascual didn’t want to help me reset my mobile banking app because you didn’t have an apt she’s rude and there was no customers waiting that she didn’t even want to answer your question all she was doing was sitting on the computer

I have a really bad experience at this bank. My mother suffered an enjury while back, so my mother can't not been standing for a prolonged time and but the consierjes told my mother to make the lane as nay healthy individual does but they have a handicap sign in one of there teller windows.Does not make any sense

The teller was extremely rude and refused to help my mother complete a wire transfer. The woman told her she needed an appointment (total BS) and on top of that the woman made out the cashier check to the wrong place. Lazy arrogant woman who couldn't be bothered to do her job. Don't bother with this place or Bank of America, just switch to Chase. My mother has banked with BofA for 10+ years. I'll be switching my mother's account to Chase.

*WARNING!! This bank stole money from my EDD account yesterday (3/25/2023) at about 1pm. (Claim currently under review) On that day I used an ATM at this location Note: My pictures show the two ATMs on the side of the building and it was the ATM on the left hand side. I attempted to withdrawal $1000.00 when my transaction Failed - thinking the amount might've exceeded daily limit I tried once more for $500.00 and it Failed again; after the second failed attempt I stopped trying and left. The next day I checked my balance and it showed a withdrawal for $980.00 and next to the amount BANK OF AMERICA. The amount is totally random and obvious that it was done on purpose! I do not deal with this bank other than when I use it through EDD. CHECK YOUR BALANCE THE DAY AFTER USING THIS BANK!!
