This branch is severely understaffed and usually gets very busy. Get ready for long waits and sketchy clientele. In addition, their two entrances have many street vendors adding to the third-world atmosphere. People selling plants, hawking stuffed animals, or vendors offering food from shopping carts. They've been there for years and apparently this bank doesn't care or can't do anything about them. The only positive thing I can offer about this place is that they actually have free parking in the lot nearby. Problem is it's not clearly stated by signs that parking is free as it's next to a City of Los Angeles parking lot that costs money to use. Another thing is that unless you arrive early, the free parking lot gets full (employees parking there?) leaving you no choice to park in the paid lot or use the metered parking street side. Avoid this branch or do things online if possible.

Whatever you do, do not bank here or use their atms. I have struggled with this banking centre for the past year. Every time I go in there they do not have enough employees for the amount of people they have waiting in line. The ATMs are not worth using because they either do not have money or not working. Also if you deposit at this location either in the ATM or with the tellers. Beware they take up to 5 business days to process a money order, I am fed up with their customer service. Usually when you deposit a cheque it's available for withdrawal next business day .I deposited a money order for $540 and one for $1000. They both were from the same person and both money orders with a teller. When it was deposited the 540 in the account posted the next business day the other one has not been deposited and I called my banking centre. Nobody answered. Called customer service told me it was an issue for the Fraud Department then the fraud department told me it was not their issue and switched me back to customer service it is a headache with them! Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else. I'm taking my money out and not coming back here again.

Spend 30 minutes with business cashier to figure out that their printer is not working and they sended me to the nearest bofa to make all transactions again and the other place don’t have line for business customers. Poor service, not first time frustrated after that place.

10 windows/2 tellers = waiting your entire 1hr lunch break to use banking services. Also never called me back regarding a home loan application even after following up on three separate occasions

Jokers!!!! One day a policy in cashing or deposits the next the day the opposite to it. Already changing back can't deal with jokers like this.

I came in and ask a quick question. They answer what I asked for. Only two tellers working at the time and lines were not that long. They were super nice when I politely waited. I haven't stepped foot here until yesterday because I go to other locations. Parking is metered so if you park in the residential area then it's free but look out at the sign. I normally don't come here because of parking. I go to another location where they have a banking parking lot. Location is big but wait time for the tellers depend on the time you go. For me, I was in and out like in 3 minutes around 10:30am. Inside is dark but looks good and dull. Limited seatings so schedule an appointment through their website, if you want to meet with a specialist.

Whoever runs this branch is the most incompetent branch manager in the world. 2 tellers for a line that runs out the door on a Saturday afternoon. So Bank of America says they're paying everyone $20 per hour but cut the staff by 80%. Corporate greed at it's finest.
