Bad experience at this location. Wait was long, their banker made a mistake, I went in again, even with appointment had to wait over 30 mins. But they asked me to call customer service to fix their mistake. Never had such disrespectful customer service with my 20+ years banking at BO. Avoid these incompetent people if you can.

I went inside the Branch to unblocked my debit card they refused to help me and fix the issue instead they said I needed call customer service instead I asked for what I am here inside their Branch in person they still refused to help me they extremely rude

Everybody saying there are long waiting times but I made an appointment on the app and was served right at my appointment time (getting there only 5 mins early. Oswaldo helped me and he was super friendly plus I had no issues w changing my name which can be quite a hassle.

I went to this bank after I returned from military service that lasted for several years. And I was told by Yaniri that she did not find my account. Meanwhile, there are several burglars, who entered my home to stage skits and darken my face with voodoo spiritualists to steal my money. Yaniri did not follow protocols put in place by Janelle Murphy and others who was at this location in the 1990s to help me as a client and a soldier. Someone moved Ms. Murphy away from my account at this location and refused to call Murphy who stayed in touch with me. And Yaniri is now claiming I had no account. That is a major theft--if Yaniri doesn't follow the protocol to remove the thieves who may have escorted me into the bank. And I reported this million-dollar theft to the police and to other agencies for a resolution. I'm still waiting for a resolution. And for major arrests as previously discussed at the bank and with the police after Quincy Jones and others darken my Aaliyah photos online and put an impersonator, Dana Haughton, on stage to fill in for me. Since then, I believe a few bank tellers at Bank of America were changing my face, especially my nose, jawline, eyes, and lips) online after Ms. Murphy contacted me to come into the bank to discuss how to set up payroll. That basic service prearranged with Ms. Murphy has not been done. And Quincy Jones and other bank robbers keep changing my photos online and telling people Aaliyah (Annie Mesquitta-Jackson) is dead. Even the press has yet to correct this mess staged by Quincy Jones, Jet Li and other thieves.

This is worst BANK OF AMERICA IN LA ! Don't go and if there anybody I can talk to to get them shut down I would they are no hell they machine took my card and nobody can help me . Don't go there Ever horrible managers all of them

This BOA is in the heart of downtown, so expect high volumes of people and expect to wait 30min-1hour just to get to the front of the line, 1-2 tellers working at most while they rotate to go on breaks after helping one cilent which leaves one teller left when there's a huge line of people waiting -They have several managers walking around and talking amongst themselves when its busy af with one teller working -Knowing they'll be busy daily due because where the bank is located so they take their sweet time working at a snail's pace -One person could be holding the whole line due for 30min+ because only one teller is working at the booth while the other tellers and managers who are waddling around and talking to one another just stay dormant This location is the literal definition of incompetent & expendable employees who lounge around until their shifts are over. The 2 security guards working probably provide better service than the whole management combined

The management and staff here was very helpful to assist me with a unique issue I was having with a check. They went above and beyond to get me to a resolution and for that I am thankful.

Slow service,The young Lady who helped me confused my account number with someone elses account and eneded up blocking my account for the day.Staff here are very disoriented and distracted i would not recommend, the lobby is always very full most of time there is only one clerk assisting people, phones are never answered.I do not reccomend thier service at this location.

Today, they said they couldn't do it, so I went to another branch and they handled it without any problem. It seems that the employees are lazy and don't want to do annoying things. Doesn't explain enough.
