This location is only good for ATM withdraw. Pretty busy area and a lot of foot traffic but inside only few tellers are work there and always too slow and long line. Looks like they using different system than other main branch. Looks like a small branch located it inside grocery market. Annoying! They are not cash a check even bank of america account holder. It can only deposit and the check clear, and post it day later than other branch. my company is direct deposit but sometimes i have a extra checks to cash and spend , so i visit this branch and always make me feel Obnoxious. From now on , if i have a small check to cash. i will use paypal app and pay little fee and cash it there, paypal can funds available immediately.

Open an account at Bank of America. Thank you very much Elena.
She was very patient. I explained that my English was not good, so she spoke very slowly most of the time so that I could clearly understand how to open an account.
Since I didn’t have a phone number, she taught me how to use email authentication.
All you need is your passport and a Taiwanese credit card to successfully open an account. No SSN is required.
Elena also taught me how to set up the debit card and showed me how to use the debit card to use the ATM. The service was really great.

Why do you lock the doors and you can only get in with a bank of America ATM card that's dumb.and you guys have security guards that does absolute nothing ATMs need to be available at all times get it together

All of the low stars make sense. I rush to the bank before it closes, I have a couple of minutes to spare. I arrive and the security locks the door stating that it's 5:00, I told him it's 4:58, look at your watch.. he then says it's 5 then ignores me. What kind of manager instructs his security guard/greeter to treat their customers that way.. to argue with him over a minute or 2. Ridiculous. Retail banks are dying, you would think they would appreciate customers coming in to a physical bank.

I can't believe my boss is expecting me to pay for my own snake box (Box full of snakes that allows my boss to release a snake inside my office, remotely using an app on his phone).

There's only one bank teller working at a prime city location with a bunch of clients /visitors. Be prepared to spend an hour here .

I'm not the one to leave reviews but hopefully this one actually gets actions done after reading all the other negative reviews about this location. If I could leave negative stars I would. The "VP" of this branch, MAYRA SANDOVAL, is rude and i not only experienced her rudeness but also witness her being rude to other clients. She sure seemed to be rushing people out and it was only 4:30. I had an apt at 4:30 arrived at 4:20. Once she got to me she said that there was nothing she can do at the branch to call the customer service number provided. And I explained to her I did a week before coming in. I mean obviously if I could avoid going in I would especially at this branch only because of the "vice precident" she made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE to the point I asked to speak to someone else and they still couldn't find anyone else to help me. So I sat there calling customer service and she approached me again saying "is there anything else I can help you with?" Like wanting me to leave And I responded "im on the phone with customer service and I mean I told you my issue and I guess you can't help me here right?" And she responded "I did help you" in a mean attitude. So I stayed on the phone with customer service and they said to go into the branch which I was already there, they also requested for an employee number which she refused to give to me she stated "here is my card have them call me, because I can't assist you". Even the customer service rep said "I just heard what she said and she is being rude we have everything recorded, and I am unable to call her as we are an inbound call center". Not even taking me in a office to assist me had me waiting in the lobby til it hit 4:50pm. That's when an amazing patient employee jeff Wong saw my frustration and was willing to assist me in his office. 5 min later 4:55pm MAYRA comes in with her stank attitude talking about "oh I was going to give her my card but I guess you gave it to her(which she's the one who gave it to me), and proceeds to say "well you only have 5 min left we are closing". Which doesn't make sense if I had an appointment at 4:30pm and she didn't even assist me then. So the fact that she was rushing me and everyone else out the lobby was super unprofessional when she didn't even help in the first place. I literally told Jeff "I wouldn't be here passed closing if she simply helped me when I first came in instead of refusing service". I don't recommend going to this branch if MAYRA SANDWICH is in charge of this business, how do you have someone like her in charge, really thought she was just a normal employee. I asked for a supervisor or anyone higher she said "I'm the boss here". Asked for corporates number she said "it's on my card". Like idk how she got the position and I feel bad for her employees fr. I took time out from work to be assisted and nothing was resolved at this branch for me. MAYRA SANDWICH literally ruined my day and attitude. Thanks to jeff for willing to help me even though MAYRA was scolding him for assisting me.

This bank is HORRIBLE af! We only came here because their ATM was janky AF and wasn't working so we had no choice but to go inside. So once we are in line, there was only ONE bank teller working with about 7-8 people in line and she took about 10-15 mins with one customer before another teller arrived to help. He was no quicker either. They take forever to work. It's low key funny how long this took! Smh I'll never come back here
