This review is for Brenda and her quality in service and customer care.I took a while to write a review because, I had a terrible experience with Jorge in 2021 when I filed my 2020 taxes.After that experience with Jorge I spoke with Brenda in 2022 to file my 2021 taxes and decided to give this business another try.I am SOOO HAPPY I did. Brenda made it right, she is exceptional at what she does. You can tell she loves her job and provides honest feedback and advice. This is my 2nd year coming to Brenda for her service and I enjoy every moment of our appointment. She doesn’t rush, she’s efficient, she listens, she lets me ask questions and get clarifications. She has an assistant now who facilitated the process as well. I hope Brenda never leaves this establishment because I don’t think I’ll ever find someone as kind and helpful as her. When I talk she lets me finish my sentence and she listens and tries to provide as much help she can. Thanks Brenda so very much!!In regards to Jorge, Im sure he’s a nice man outside of my experience with him but he made a huge error. He needs to slow down, he rushes and makes clerical mistakes. He ended up missing a digit from my bank account for direct deposit, the IRS and State mailed me a check, but I only received my state refund. The federal refund check never got to me. I called the IRS and after a year long investigation I found out someone stole and cashed my check. Dealing with the IRS is not easy. I was in touch with the IRS ALL OF 2021 after they began an investigation thanks to my persistence in calling and figuring things out on my own. In May 2022 I finally got a new federal refund check. It was a terrible experience and I hope Jorge gets better like I said I am sure he means well but slow down and do things right.

Avoid at any cost. Robert is the worst. They do not answer your calls. Save yourself headaches and find a professional instead.

Good family owned business. Very busy because of their good track record, so it's best to get in early. Everyone is helpful and professional. Mostly been taken care of by Brenda, I would not be able to say enough good things about her.

Tax season is no joke! This is a Los Angeles and Moreno Valley-based tax service, but all cities and states are welcome. I highly recommend you try Baldizon Services Inc.
