I was referred to Baida Jewelry by church friends and I purchased my wifes engagement ring and our wedding bands from Baida Jewelry in 2021, we were happy with our purchase and customer service at the time.This year was my in-laws 39th wedding anniversary so my father-in-law wanted to get my mother-in-law a special gift, so I recommend that he go to Baida Jewelry, assuming he would get the same experience and treatment I had. Regrettably I was wrong.My father-in-law purchased a platinum band with 8 Dimond Baguettes. The ring was a bit big on my mother-in-law and she went to exchanged it for a smaller size. She ended up with 3.1 carat Dimond ring purchased for about $6k. She wore the ring daily for a month until she noticed a crack in the center dimond. We were shock and surprised, how can a dimond crack without any accident, force or major impact? My Mother in law went to ask the professionals Baida Jewelry. It was a busy Saturday afternoon she had an appointment at 3pm. When she arrived she requested discreetly to speak to Eddie so we can resolve her dilemma, he was busy was headed out to a wedding but he said that his father, Mr. Baida will take care of us. So one of the workers led us down the hall to the room next door.Mr. Baida is usually very kind and hospitable however he had a Dr Jekyll or Mr Hyde moment!My mother in law asked him "How can a real Dimond crack?" .....at that point Mr.Baida, himself became angry and irate; he raised his voice at my mother- in-law and became very defensive and enraged that she would even ask that question, he yelled at her saying; he is very protective of his reputation and the fact we questioned the authenticity of the dimond ring my father-in-law purchased from them was offensive to him. He told my mother-in-law if you buy a Mercedes and crash it the next day do you take it back to the dealership and ask why it got damaged? That analogy was comparing apples to oranges.At that point my mother-in-law was spechless, sad, and deeply disappointed at the way Mr. Baida treated her and handled the situation. She couldn't not take that rude behavior any longer so she just left.Buying jewelry at baida is like playing a game of Russian roulette you will be either very happy or deeply disappointed. They kept saying we were like family however we felt swindled as soon as our purchase was complete, customer service and family love went out the window. No respect or care whatsoever.Unfortunately now every time both my mother-in-law and my wife look at their rings they don’t think of the joy of celebrating a wedding day and anniversary but the sad way my mother-in-law was mistreated by Mr. Baida. Very disappointed with Baida Jewelry

Baida Jewerlry is a blessing! They were able to do a last minute upgrade on my wife's wedding band. The upgrade, cleaning, and inspection were done by X-mas Eve, just in time for Xmas Day. My wife just loved it!!!

Thank you to my son Brandon for referring us to Eddie at Baida Jewelry. My Fiancé and I wanted to pick out our engagement ring! From the minute we arrived we were treated like family! I told them what I was looking for and found my perfect ring with in minutes. I will never go to another Jeweler again! Eddie and Baida Jewelry will be my Jeweler from here on out! Overall incredible! I was NOT happy with my wedding band I received from another store and had no time to order a new one with our wedding a few weeks away. We happened to come across this place and they took us in even with no appointment and helped us so much! Walked out with a new band that day. The quality, prices, and service was amazing. We look forward to coming back for any new jewelry purchases in the future!

Our experience at Baida Jewelry was phenomenal! We worked with Judy, who was supportive, creative, ever-present, and very generous and we were so happy with what Judy created for us and all the help and guidance she provided. We got engaged 1.5 years before actually getting married, and Judy was involved from the beginning with the engagement ring and we went back for the wedding bands. My finger is a strange size so there were several renditions of rings to fit my finger, and she facilitated the entire process with ease. We were incredibly happy with Judy and with Baida Jewelry and recommend them to anyone!

Who doesn't love a store that is nicely kept, has nice sales people, and is loaded with shiny diamonds??? I do wish that they were in a nicer location, but over the years I have somehow made visits work with other errands that I go to San Francisco for.

Woooooooo! As I sit down to write this review after almost a month of engagement bliss, I can't help but be in complete awe of our ring! Not only is our ring THE perfect piece for us but Eddie and his team made the process of choosing and designing our dream ring SO easy and fun, I'd truly recommend anyone give Baida Jewelry a visit. Eddie and his team are highly knowledgeable about everything diamond and (the best part) are willing to take the time to explain EVERYTHING to you (more than once if necessary). Eddie was SUPER patient with me and answered all of my questions without hesitation and without getting offended. As a first time shopper of such fine jewelry, I had no idea what I was doing and had so many questions, especially after reading all these differing opinions online. Eddie leveled with us and took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel d**** After our first visit, we left feeling so happy and satisfied with our experience -- we couldn't wait for the final product. While waiting (and true to form) I had additional questions (I know, I know). I timidly texted Eddie my questions and, true to HIS form, he answered them with no sweat off his back AND he was kind and informative! He accommodated all of my requests, dispelled my worries, and kept me updated the whole time. He also provided me with the CAD drawing and photos of the setting before proceeding with the next step. When we went to pick up the ring, Eddie greeted us with enthusiasm and provided the most beautiful piece! It perfectly matched what I imagined. We were both completely over the moon with Eddie and his team. To make things even better, we ended up getting engaged THAT same evening (thank goodness because I wouldn't have been able to stop dreaming about the ring)! Extremely happy with my experience I had here. Eddie and his team are amazing. They are very honest and patient. All our questions were answered (and believe me, my fiancé had a ton of questions). Eddie was also very transparent and knowledgeable. The diamond selection was a lot better than other places and it was nice not having to pull teeth to see another diamond. My fiancé is VERY picky when it comes to clarity and Eddie was willing to bring out a wide selection for her to choose from. Once we actually picked a diamond and setting, Eddie and his team got to work and built a beautiful ring. There is no comparison when it comes to this custom setting vs the preset setting other jewelers have. If you want something to last and look amazing, this is definitely the place to go.
