It saddens me to see these animals like this. Not well taken care of and stacked on each other. There's multiple pets in one small cage which isn't okay. Water isn't clean, moldy cages, and spider webs. The way these animals are living isn't inhabitable. Betta fish in dirty water and almost dead.

Too small place for animals. It is sadly place to sell animals. They sad!!!! Not fresh air. Some animals do not have clean water and fresh food. Not clean area. Inside is too dark. Too many birds in small space.

Hostile conditions. Birds are overcrowded in their cages. Many look sick and customer service is bad.

I'm so happy with this pet shop. Have everything at wholesale prices for good packages. I come here for my Bearded Dragon, birds and Dog. This place even have Gallos I totally recommend

Peor lugar donde puedes comprar una mascota principal mente si compras peses, hace una semana Compre un pez, a los días le fueron saliendo puntos blancos. Opté en llevarlo a que ellos mismos lo traten o lo curen, pero no te dan soluciones, principalmente el señor que atiende allí, es muy desposta e in responsable; en conclusión los peses enfermos o con bacterias no son fácil de curar, hice lo que pude para curarlo, al final se me murió. Ahora tengo un problema más grande, a raíz de ese pez enfermo, mis otros peses también fallecieron, algo que nunca me había pasado. Por eso dejo mi mal comentario, no compre mascotas en este lugar aparte de careros venden mascotas en un mal estado.

Very disappointed, I reside near Pasadena, I called pet store and asked if they carry medium size rat for my snake, the lady said yes, I asked again, considering I mentioned to her I am coming from city of Pasadena. I did not want to take the drive if they did not have medium size rats. She with confidence said "yes". I drove to pet store and no medium size rats!!!!Very disappointed!!

I called ahead of time. I asked if they carry medium size rats (feeders).. the lady said yes. I was pretty adamant and repetitive with stating "MEDIUM SIZE RATS" considering I'm driving from City of Pasadena which I mentioned to her. With confidence she said she carried "MEDIUM SIZE RATS " I arrived to Azteca pet store and no medium size RATS. So disappointed.

Since this pet shop is close to home I wanted to check it out to buy bird food and other supplies. Walking in the lady working there rudely asked us what we needed and stood there staring. Also, the birds look sick and in cramped conditions and the whole place is dirty in general.
