Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order.We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture. When unpacking the bed, everything was packed well and you can tell that they take extra caution in packaging their product. When we unpacked the second box, the one at the bottom, we discovered that the shipping company damaged part of the bed with what appears to be a fork lift. I talked with Yong and he was able to help me out with the issue.We got everything installed and everything had been good. My wife was enjoying having an adjustable bed again as she likes to sleep with her head up. The beds are comfortable and we have been happy with the purchase. We did have an issue with a motor, but it wasn’t anything with Yong and AxelBloom. When I installed the bed, I planned ahead to make sure I had some room in between the bed side stopper and our side table. It appears I didn’t leave enough room as there is just enough play in the frame that one night my wife somehow must have had something press on the remote and eventually ended up messing up the motor when the bed side stopper got caught under the side table. This prevented the motor stop from triggering and caused the issue with the motor. I reached out to Yong and once again, he was polite and helpful in finding a solution for us to get the motor replaced and working again.If we ever need to purchase another bed, we would definitely reach back out to Yong and AxelBloom. I will also make sure I share the experience I have had and the fact that the beds are everything they state they are to whomever I can.Thank you Yong and your team.

We have had four Axel Bloom mattresses, two for ten years and I would buy another in an instant. Just recently we, through our own neglect, had let battery acid leak into one of our controls and we thought that we might need new controls and or even a new electronic control system. We called Yong Lee and he was right on it, helping us to diagnose and repair the problem we created. These days you just can't find better or more professional and prompt service or a better mattress!

I was very comfortable buying my new mattress over the phone without trying it first, It wasn't risky at all because I bought it from Axel Bloom.Quite a few years ago I bought an Axel Bloom mattress when the showroom was open. I had been very satisfied with it but finally knew it was time for a replacement.Fortunately the Axel Bloom website provides details about the composition and construction of their mattresses and the basis of their design to maximize comfort.And the information and assistance that I received from Yong Lee made the process understandable and easy.Best of all, as I get in bed each night I know that I bought the best mattress.

The best bed system and mattress that money can buy! I've had it for the last 7 years and it's far better than other, more expensive beds and mattresses I've purchased before. It's well spent money, especially for people like me that had a lower back surgery. It's a life saver!

Speaking of important things for one’s well-being and health, sometimes you can get the right product but rather poor service to acquire it and make it function properly. At Axel-Bloom you get it both ways: excellent product and superb service. In fact, at least in my own experience, the support to understand, assess, buy and install the product was provided by none other than the owner of the business himself, Mr. Yong Lee. It has been an experience as pleasant as going to a favorite Mom-and-Pop store, except that in this case it was not about buying the produce and groceries needed for the day, but about a durable and technologically elaborate product: a combo of an adjustable bed system and mattress. We just installed our Doppelflex MX2 & Dream Wave Mattress in our 2020 Renegade Verona Le 40 LTS. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase as we were used to a adjustable bed at home and the mattress that came with our RV just was not working for us.Yong was great to work with his attention to detail was second to none. We had to make sure I could still access the compartment underneath the bed.He custom made the frames to accommodate our needs. He answered all my phone calls or immediately returned them which in today’s business world it sure was refreshing.We will enjoy this purchase for many years to come.Thanks again,Al & Sue

Recently we purchased a bed system from Yong at Axelbloomsleep. What a great investment.We have a 2004 Tail-Gator 5th wheel by Keystone that we use about 2 months a year for dry camping where we can enjoy solitude, watching animals and exploring old roads in our 2021 Honda Pioneer 520 SxS.As with most RV’s, the beds are usually somewhat marginal in comfort. Edie and I have tried several memory foam mattresses with varying luck. With her increasing discomfort due to back and hip issues, night time was not particularly looked forward to.In an effort to make her comfortable we have tried pillows and cushions to give the appropriate amount of support and comfort. But these turned out to be a real problem since they had to be moved in and out of the bed, blocking floor room and causing further sleeplessness.Several years ago, I tried to find an adjustable bed. After searching on the internet, I did find one. But it required the complete dismantling of the bed box, rebuilding it and then losing all of the storage space that had been under the bed.Fast forward to our contact with Yong. Amazing!! Axelbloomsleep has just the answer. An adjustable bed that sits atop the existing bed platform, saving the storage area beneath.Our bed is a RV Short Queen. I carefully measured all the needed parameters and Yong had our bed sitting in our driveway in less than 2 weeks. Custom made for our dimensions .While waiting for the bed I marked the center line of the bed platform to help when install time arrived. BUT!! While measuring the center line I realized that the bed platform was not perfectly centered between the side cabinets. So, then I centered the bed platform line to be equidistant from each cabinet, thereby giving clearance for the new bed. Otherwise, when raising each side of the bed, one half would have hit the cabinet.When the bed halves arrived, I spent one afternoon unpacking them. Now that is no small feat since these were wrapped and boxed so secure that I cannot imagine any damage ever occurring to the mattresses and frames.The next day I installed the bed halves and wired the controls into a 600W inverter that we have. My wiring is rather unprofessional at this time since we took off the next day for 2 weeks in Eastern Oregon.The beds were awesome!! Edie could adjust the head and knees to whatever comfortable position needed. And no pillows to fight with. She was almost speechless when she first laid down and hit the bed control. What comfort!We still have the storage under the bed and it is easily accessible.We are now getting ready to take off again and won’t be back until the end of September. Same area, gravel roads, no people, no cars. Just elk, deer, wild turkeys, owls and a few noisy coyotes.And COMFORT.

The Axel Bloom bed system has changed our life. We were sleeping on a temperpedic mattress for many years and it was time to replace it. We searched many different mattresses and finally decided on Alex Bloom.My wife was having extensive back surgery so we really needed something that would provide her with comfort durning her recovery.Yong and his wife were extremely helpful in providing us the the advice on which combination would work best for our situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Young suggested that we did not need the most expensive option and he even came to our house with two different mattresses to determine which one was best for my wife and which was best for me. Amazing customer service! Always been happy with the adjustable system but when something went wrong 5 years later when my contractor moved the bed clumsily I contacted them and they were out the next day. They really care about their customers and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I actually bought our bedding system from Yong back in 2016, after retiring and moving to Laguna Woods, CA. We did our research and decided that Axel Bloom was exactly whet we wanted. Here it is, nearly seven years later, and I can say that the system is everything we'd hoped for, it's Yong's quality of personal service that deserves the real kudos. He and his wife Bonnie are the real deal. You can count on 100% provider integrity as well as a bedding system that is second to none. It's all about support, and while we've had no serious issues, it's good to feel like you're their only customer when the need arises. This year I needed to replace one of our wired remotes (I think they're all wireless now). Yong fielded my call promptly and I had a new replacement remote withing a couple of days. Just the way it's suppose to be!

I first puchased my electric axel bloom bed from Yong (the owner) 9 years ago. First of all the mattress is so comfortable and the adjustable bed is the frosting on the cake. The customer service matches the bed comfort as today I had an issue (not the fault of the bed) and I called Yong who face timed me to troubleshoot the problem. He figured the issue out immediately which ended up being a surge protector problem.I have recommended Axel Bloom to friends and family and they always thank me. They too are so pleased with the beds and of course, dealing with the delightful customer service.

We purchased our bed just over two years ago. Yong was absolutely the best in helping to get it customized for our new RV. We have been more than delighted with our bed. It as comfortable as our previous healthy back bed that we had in our sticks and bricks.Last week, we had a piece break at the leg adjustment. I asked Yong about repairs/replacements. He immediately sent a replacement for the broken piece and offered to walk me through the replacement process. However, it was a relatively easy fix and our bed is back to its original functionality.Not only is the bed quality, but the customer service and the responsiveness above and beyond. Yong and Axel Bloom have life long customers! Highly recommend, especially for RVers!!!
