Poor and rude reception, with very bad room service by requesting billow and the reply we have to wait for a 30 minutes.

This is actually a decent hotel located in the heart of Koreatown in L.A. It's close to many restaurants and shops and freeway access isn't far. I stayed one night and room was pretty spacious and bed felt comfortable. It was quiet for a Friday night. Parking was never an issue as I was able to find an open parking space throughout the day. The only minor drawback was there were some blemishes / damages in the room. They weren't too obvious. Perhaps they can recondition the room in the future. All in all, I enjoyed my one night stay and plan to book with this hotel again in the future.

All the staff are Korean, so it’s very convenient. Please note that luggage storage is free and there is no elevator in the underground parking lot. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, so it's convenient to walk to eat.

This hotel was great. Everything was clean from the garage, to the lobby, hallways, and of course the hotel room itself.Free parking in the garage was a great perk, and I was happily surprised by the 6+ EV charging spots (you need to have a mobile charger, its a level 2 outlet) where I got to charge my car up for free.I don't know if I will be back to LA any time soon, but I was extremely happy with this place for the price and would definitely come back if the chance arises.

I don't know who said the location was good, but it was the worst. It would be good for people who have a car.Cash was stolen here.(600 dollars out of 1,000 dollars / 500 dollars for the accompanying person) First of all, it was my fault for not taking care of it, but when I told the hotel front desk, they said it was their first time doing something like this and that they would look into it.The conclusion is that they will only investigate verbally and end up saying that their employees will not do anything like that. Before making a reservation here, check the Google reviews for a gold necklace in your lucky bag? I hesitated after seeing a review saying that it had been put in but disappeared, but it turns out it was just me. It looks like the review has been deleted by the hotel.

I have a large truck and was told it would fit in their underground garage before booking, but when I got there I found out I was told the wrong clearance and I could, in fact, not fit. I was checking in at 11pm so I was already tired and exhausted from a full day of driving. I thought I’d have to find a new place to stay, but thanks to Sung Min, my night was saved. He quickly ran into the garage and helped me find an area to park. I had to take up 2 spaces, but he assured me it was okay. I felt Sung Min really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would come again just to see Sung Min and say what’s up.

I recently stayed at the Aventura Hotel from March 14 to 15, 2024, in a Queen Room, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, particularly for business travel needs. The hotel’s check-in and check-out times (3 pm and 11 am, respectively) are inconvenient for professionals on a tight schedule. Other hotels are doing 2 pm and 12 pm.My stay was marred by significant privacy breaches; notably, a staff member entered my room unexpectedly while I was showering without adequate prior warning, followed by another intrusion by a cleaning staff member as I was dressing. This lack of privacy and respect is unacceptable. Upon arrival, the presence of trash in the parking garage was not a welcoming sight either. While the room’s cleanliness and comfort were decent, with the exception of unusually small and lumpy pillows, I didn’t get a chance to experience the hotel’s amenities, which appeared promising. My interactions with the staff were discouraging, from the check-in process to handling my complaints about the check-out process, which was met with a nonchalant apology at best.On the upside, the monitored parking was a benefit, considering my need for secure parking as I had meetings and a conference in Anaheim and Downtown LA. However, this does not compensate for the overall poor service and experience.Despite the Aventura Hotel’s potential with its amenities and location, the lack of professional staff conduct and respect for guest privacy severely detracts from its suitability for business travelers. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in various hotels, but this experience was uniquely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the Aventura Hotel to others, especially those traveling for business, due to these critical shortcomings.Rooms: The room itself, while facing another building, was clean and generally pleasant, setting a nice standard for comfort minus the pillow situation. Despite the lack of a view, the room's cleanliness and overall ambiance provided a suitable environment for relaxation. However, the pillows were a notable drawback; small and reminiscent of square sofa cushions, with most being lumpy and only one barely meeting the mark for a decent night's sleep.Nearby activities: A highlight of the Aventura Hotel is its prime location in the heart of Koreatown, Los Angeles, surrounded by an array of excellent dining options. The vibrant neighborhood offers guests the chance to explore a variety of authentic Korean eateries and other culinary delights, adding a memorable dimension to the stay. Despite the hotel's issues, its vicinity to some of the best food spots in the area is undeniable and a definite perk for any food enthusiast.Safety: On a positive note, the hotel's safety and security measures were commendable. The monitored parking and the overall secure environment of the hotel premises provided a sense of safety, which is a significant plus for travelers concerned about their vehicle and personal security. However, ironically, while the premises felt secure from external concerns, the unexpected intrusions by staff members into my room were a stark reminder that one's privacy might not be as safeguarded from internal disturbances.

The room was nice and large including the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The pillows were weird to sleep on as they were squares but okay nonetheless. The hotel staff were pleasant and the lobby smelled nice.Ample free parking underground and the spaces were a good. Walking distance to some restaurants and a supermarket.

This is second trip that we selected Aventura Hotel. The room is clean with all amenities you need. Nespresso machine really helps me in the morning. One thing I really impressed is the customer service, Kate is really helpful through out our stay.Rooms: Reasonable price, beyond expectationSafety: Underground parking with many EV plugs available

We booked a queen bed and it's at best a double or a full. The water pressure is trash, there's no safety bolt on the door and all the walls are very thin.
