I came to have the error codes in my car read and this location does not have the machine to do so, isn’t this a feature that AutoZone provides, worst off the manager casually says oh we ordered it a week ago and it hasn’t arrived, this location needs a better manager who can make sure that they are able to help all clients as they so willfully promote and advertise. No machine to read the codes in a car absurd, this is my local auto zone I can’t drive my car to another location as they suggested

Right off of the 5 freeway where I needed them the most! My Car stopped on me and a couple of the employees helped me into the parking lot and changed my battery. Shoutout to Jody the parts sales manager and Chris the parts specialist!

Very helpful staff, even when they are crowded they attend to everyone. This location needs to hire more workers. The employees look over worked.

It's very good, I really like Autozone, especially the one on Adams Blvd. The staff takes care of you very well, only that sometimes it is very busy and the staff is very few. I have seen people leave angry.

Had to replace a headlight with little knowledge and the staff was helpful and receptive to me coming back in to refund the wrong item.

Came in with a super corroded battery to replace it and David was a life saver! He helped us out so much, removing the corrosion while also replacing the battery for us! He’s super friendly and fun too so I highly recommend him!

I went into AutoZone today for what I thought was going to be a simple battery swap but was I in for a surprise. I was helped by David F and he definitely went above and beyond his job description. While swapping my battery something broke off that was outside the "realm of work" but not shy of his expertise. David was not only able to fix what was broken but also saved me an extra trip to the mechanic. I left AutoZone completely satisfied and grateful to had been helped by this employee. If he isn't a manager or someone that is apart of the management team he should definitely be considered. Thanks again David!

Love coming to this autozone specifically for the costumer service. Employee David is always friendly and kind and will go out of his way to help whenever he can.
