Stay away from Auto Zone. I needed a replacement gas cap for my car, and they were out of stock, but quoted me $36 for the part. Desperately needing the part, I drove to O'Reilly Auto Parts, who had the gas cap for $11. The people at Auto Zone obviously think they are the Gucci of Auto parts, by their cold attitude and customer service, while the folks at O'Reilly are warm, friendly, and very helpful.

I needed to get my Honda Accord battery replaced due to it lasting 4 years, so after reading up on the Autozone free battery installation policy, I decided to give them a shot.I met with Mayra, who is the manager for the store. She was super sweet and friendly and said she would install the new battery for me. It was a pain to get the old battery out, but she was patient and supportive in getting it out, so I really appreciate that.After the new battery was installed, everything came out great with my car starting up as normal. I can't thank Mayra and her crew member enough for making a painful process painless. Thanks again! 5/5

Excellent very good treatment. They help you find out very quickly the problem your car has. What surprised me most on my last visit is that I can save the part for the next day, which is excellent.

Horrible customer service at this location. Rude, incompetent manager. After waiting in long lines, they refuse to price match and price gouge you. Want to purchase a battery or windshield wipers here? They literally say they don't have time for it, and tell you to go to another Autozone. Order online elsewhere from Walmart or Target and get everything cheaper with free delivery, or go to another brand of auto stores with reputable managers. Can't wait for this useless Autozone location to close down.

Wayne was a very big help. my battery was installed wrong and the other autozone who installed it gave me the wrong battery, but Wayne and this AutoZone were nice enough to give me the right battery and install it. They were very nice even when i was very frustrated, and I appreciate their help!

Very helpful service by Umberto Florece. He looked up wiper blades on computer for me, showed me whats in stock in the aisle. Then offered to install them. I was shocked at the cool and helpful gesture. He proceeded to replace the blades in no time at all. I'll be back.

Out of the 15 years I’ve been working alongside of my father. It seems I always have problems with auto zones. This AutoZone told me that they cannot look up my commercial account because they never deliver to me. However, I’ve been to multiple AutoZone’s around the country and I’ve never had this issue because I am a commercial account customer. I pay a bill monthly for them to cover whatever parts or necessities that I need from them for a car. Not only did i have to pay for my items today regular price but i was waiting in the back of the store for a commercial manager that wasn't even there she was on a delivery run and nobody told me until i asked how long am i going to be waiting for a manager. The inconvenience was just to much for me and there communication is off and if you started working for auto-zone 3 months ago please don't tell me what i can and cant not do as i have been a commercial customer for 15 years thanks i will no longer be bring my business to this particular auto zone

Thank you Jamille for your outstanding customer ..I was stuck at market near by and he took the liberty to walk with me to replace.I am handicapped and could not walk with the battery.Store manager Miss Jones allowed the service to be done..she make me happy...the young was fast and very nice!
