Calvin, the manager during the evening shift was a big help, along with the other two gentlemen working on 06/27/2025 at around 8:40pm by helping installed a new battery on my car. Quick and friendly service ! Thank you

I’d like to personally thank Eric, Mgr. Calvin, Javier, Odalis, Alexis, and Jackson! This is Mila Cortez and Mommy Lina Goldsmith. You all have been so helpful and kind during one of the hardest times of our lives after fleeing fires and with a donated vehicle at that. There is patience and care here where your thoughts are listened to and taken into consideration. In a vulnerable moment and uncertainty of a damaged car, it can really cause someone into physical ailments and damage to mental health. Here? They see and know it. They treat each customer with efficiency and care. This place is a blueprint for ALL Autozones!

They don't want to give a warranty, moreover they want to charge you full information about you, I don't have time to stand there and tell you, I just want to buy the part and go about my business! When I asked them if they would give me a warranty, they stood there and kept quiet! I do not recommend this chain of stores

My 2015 Mini Cooper S has been giving me a “drive train” error with noticeable shaking every few weeks. It’s been to the Mini dealership 4 times in the last 6 months for the same issue. I’ve spent $1400 there on random repairs they promise will solve it, without success. The 4th time I brought it in, I told Mini I wasn’t paying them anymore money. They had it for 2 weeks before telling me again that it was fixed. This morning the drive train error happened again and I just came here to AutoZone as a last resort, did the free engine light check, and spoke to a guy here who told me to park with my e-brake pulled. Not only did this IMMEDIATELY stop the shaking and clear the drive train error message, it also cleared the check engine light. THANK YOU!!!! Mini should be ashamed of themselves!!!

These guys are nice, but couldn’t handle my needs because they didn’t have a manager. Also, the parking lot is so narrow that it has its own traffic issues.

I had an incredible experience at Auto Zone thanks to Walter and Misty! I was in a bind when my car wouldn't start, and it turned out I needed a new battery. Misty was exceptionally helpful, providing me with the best prices and detailed information to make an informed decision. Walter stepped in to install the battery, and even though it gave him a bit of trouble at first, he skillfully managed to get the new one in quickly. Both of them were friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me. I highly recommend Auto Zone for anyone facing minor car troubles. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of. A huge thank you to Walter and Misty for their outstanding service!
