I’m from out of town and visiting family. My car battery died on me. I found the closest AutoZone. The store was clean and I received help immediately. Andy provided excellent assistance. He answered my questions, provided me with options, and he replaced the battery in my car quickly and efficiently. He had a very positive disposition. He was careful and quick. I appreciate such great service.

Today I went to the store located in Western because it is close to where I am. Unfortunately, my car broke down here. I come from Central California and I went to Manchester yesterday for my pieces. They gave me everything but one piece went wrong. I went back there. western and Jessica treated me very badly because she didn't want to do something as simple as a damaged swap and she didn't want to because she said that the store loses so I don't understand what they say about the Auto zone pledge and they always say that customer first I was talking to Edwin Parra and no response as I said I come from the valley The center of Cali and I don't have another vehicle it was not easy to get to Manchester very, very bad ???? service and me saying that here they gave better service than the auto zone in Mexico I retired what has been said and an apology is not useful for the bad moment that happens

OMG guys, Larry J is the most helpful , selfless, knowledgeable employee I’ve come across in forever. I explained my situation and he was on it like, Johnny on the spot. He’s amazing at his job! His customer service is top tier. Auto zone, I don’t know where y’all found this man, but I do know, he’s definitely not get paid enough and yall need more like him. This man should be the store manager because he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to his job. Unlike, most employees that don’t know anything about cars. He made my experience here today a phenomenal one. Larry J, I really appreciate your help and support. I will always continue to drive from Hollywood and Vine to receive A1 service from Larry J. This man really goes above and beyond his job description. ??? He’s a true gem and gentleman.
