The part sales manager are a joke (grey shirts) they don’t do anything. Literally just doing go back products when there is a long line. The culture here keeps dying down. Glad I mainly shop at orileys it’s just sad I needed to rent a part here. Avoid this autozone if you can just a waste of time.

If I could give zero Stars, I would. The employees are so rude. I give so many chances. And equipment As always, out of service or the system is down. They never help the employees are so rude. you can ask them one thing without them to make your faces, that makes you uncomfortable? I like AutoZone in general. Mostly, I have a good experience, but not at this location. The young woman who was helping me did not seem to have logical thinking while she was looking for the part that I needed. I had to tell her what to do to make an easier search for the item that I was looking for.Besides that, she hardly had communication skills and had a bad attitude. She seemed to be very unhappy helping me.The worst part about this bad experience is that she was badmouthing a customer, using foul language, with another employee. The customer had just left the store.The customer was asking another employee about the lack of parking at this location. The young lady helping me was not even involved in the conversation; she only overheard the customer. It looks like she got bothered by the conversation that had nothing to do with her.The customer was right. Even if there are only two or three customers in the store, there's very limited parking spaces or no parking available at all. It is very clear that the parking lot is being taken over by other people who are not customers. I have been to this store three or four times, and every time is the same issue with parking. There are two parking lots and both of them are taken. Unfortunately, there is no street parking.I understand that this store is in the ghetto, but the employees are supposed to represent AutoZone image and not their ghetto upbringing. Obviously, there is poor management at this location.The reality is that location makes a big difference. Buying from a ghetto establishment most likely is going to give you a ghetto experience.
