The store was stocked, clean, and the cashier that checked my purchases signed me up. I liked that process and it was quick. Hopefully I will get good deals when I go back to stock up on oil. It wasn't crowded and it's in a good shopping center and very busy 4 corner action so be careful

Been coming to this location a lot and lately I came by to get my refund on a alternator I purchased from "AutoZone" doesn't matter what location you purchased the item from! Learn that B. This mocosa "manager" says it's not their product and that she can't help me get my refund. I had my receipt on hand and on the app. That didnt work for her still!She looked at me like if I was robbing the store lmfaoThey need to fire her or downgrade her to a different position than "manager"I got my full refund at the Manchester location with no problem!She just made me drive from one location to another location to get my refund back ! What a waste of time with that bozo

The little girl at the register on 12/28 11:56 am that told me to dump my motor oil because they no longer take the whole bottle with the oil, do you even read your policy? We can't just dump our motor oil anywhere. If you knew anything about saving the environment you'd know that. This is literally on the auto zone website [As anyone who's ever dealt with oil knows all too well, it sticks to pretty much everything it touches, including water. Pouring your used oil into the gutter, down a storm drain, or anywhere else it shouldn't go can contaminate bodies of water like lakes, oceans, and rivers. It can also harm or kill the animals and plants that call it home.] Next time word your sentences correctly. I think what you wanted to tell me was you can dump the oil for me or I can dump it myself in YOUR store but I have to take the bottles with me. It's California state law to properly dispose motor oil. [Used oil is classified as a hazardous waste under California law and must be recycled or disposed of properly.]

IT IS THE BEST AUTOZONE EVER!!! Their stock is amazing, costumer service is excellent, AND a lady staff, Ms. Ana even helped me to install a new battery!!! Super knowledge, skilled and kindest!!!

I got there near closing time to purchase and install a much needed car battery and they helped me anyway. I was the last customer and they installed the battery in the dark parking lot of the store. I appreciated there help!
