First time ever I went into this Auto Zone and received this type of customer service. Employee, Salvatore needs more hours at this store. This young man has great customer service! I verbally let the Manager on duty know as well. Salvatore actually knows the product he’s selling.

I hate going to auto stores because it’s always a mans place or that’s how the employees usually make women feel like we don’t belong there. It was my first time stopping at this auto store and Joel was nice and welcoming!Helpful. He even stopped eating to help my family and I. I will definitely go back to this Auto store! Best service by Joel Galva at this location. The A/C in my truck stopped emitting cold air and Joel was able to give me the right product for my truck and he even went a step further by putting the refrigerant in for me. THANK YOU JOEL!! No more hot truck!

I had a problem and altercation with the parts manager Corey H. during a return of item. I was double charged and several issues occurred while processing the return. At one point he told me to " stay in my part of town.." and told me take my issues to corporate. Btw, he was black and I am Asian. I will have to look for my part of town where Asians are ok to shop. I will stay away from his part of town.

Over the years this place has provided one of the worst examples of customer service in history. They reminded me recently why I stopped going 10/15 years ago and why I strictly shop online. Online is cheaper and rarely do you have to deal with rude and inefficient employees. I don't think management is helping out the problem, their making it worse. I do not mind taking my money to other Auto Parts Stores even if their farther. I'd rather be treated with respect. People you have options !!
