This place is sketch! The parking lot is nowhere to be after dark! It’s a gangster hangout. The guys who work there are helpful, but other stores in the area are not so sketchy.

There are staff and save you information on their fast selling product I went to the checkout in barely 5 minutes he just forgets to ask you for your phone number when you only have a few items while you accumulate points for good deals ok

I stopped in as my check engine light came on. Felipe helped me assess the problem and discovered my newly bought ignition coil wasn’t tightened enough and came loose. He went out of his way to help me tighten the coil and was extremely knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience because of him and can’t recommend stopping by and asking for his amazing assistance in the future!

I stopped by the store on San Fernando (store 5424) in Los Angeles today for help with testing my battery and was assisted by Melvin. He was beyond knowledgable, helpful, and kind. He tested my battery, made a battery recommendation for my vehicle, and also replaced my battery for me. As a woman trying to deal with automotive issues on her own, it can be very intimidating. However, Melvin was so genuine and understanding that I felt safe and in good hands. He deserves the highest of praise and a raise!

I wanted a gas cap for my Honda and got one for an inexpensive price, whereby at the Honda dealer down the street, they would have to order it and then charged me $90 compared to $11 at AutoZone. Figure that?!

I had a great experience with Felipe the other morning when I needed a battery replacement. Switching out the old one for the new one took very little time at all and the new battery has been working great. Thank again!

I wanted to give positive feedback, on one of your employees, on 01/02/2024 I called the store regarding my battery dying on the side of the road, (freeway exit), Carlos answered the called and I explained my situation to him, and he told me he was just about to go on lunch and that he would be able to stop by and give me a jump, to get me out of a dangerous situation, once he arrived he was successfully able to get my car started, and moved off the road, he also tested my battery and was able to tell me if it was a bad battery, (it ended up being a bad battery). I was able to get to the San Fernando rd Store buy a new battery and get it swapped out, I want to Recognize Carlos for going above and beyond for me especially during his lunch. I’m so grateful!

I want to give praise and feedback to 2 of your stores. It was 12/23/23, 8:50pm, and my car was giving me trouble and I had to limp the car into the parking lot of autozone 800 S. Glendale Ave. as I arrived at 8:50, I needed to purchase a new battery and motor oil as my car died as soon as I parked. The doors were locked and the employee told me that they are closed at 8:50pm when closing time posted was 9pm. They refused to sell me the items I asked and I pleaded with the employee to call the manager to let me purchase my items. He said no and that the best he can do is jump start me which did me no good because the car dies shortly after. I was from out of town 5 hours away visiting and was stranded. I found the other autozone store down the road at 3071 N San Fernando Rd, Los Angeles. I called and spoke to Ryan (store manager) and told him my story and he and Melvin agreed to sell me the items over the phone and bring the items to me. Long story short, Melvin came out and rescued me. I installed the battery, poured in my oil and got back on the road. Please give recognition to Ryan and Melvin for going above and beyond for their service. So Grateful! 800 store needs to be spoken to.
