andrea went so far above and beyond to help me that i left the store genuinely surprised someone still cared that much about doing their job well.
i had an issue with a dead 12v battery — one of those problems that’s frustrating, time-sensitive, and always seems to hit when you’re already dealing with a million other things. i called ahead and was told they had two in stock, which felt like a small win… until i showed up and found out both were sitting at 0% charge.
most people would’ve just shrugged and moved on. not andrea.
first over the phone, she was calm, kind, and actually listened — no rushing, no brushing me off. then in person, she took full ownership of the situation. she immediately looked for solutions, tested both batteries herself, walked me through other options, and even started charging one on the spot just in case i wanted to wait. this wasn’t some quick customer service script — she genuinely cared that i didn’t leave empty-handed.
she didn’t owe me that level of effort. but she gave it anyway.
andrea is what every auto parts manager should be — knowledgeable, proactive, respectful, and clearly committed to helping people out of tight spots. it’s rare to find someone like her in retail these days. autozone is incredibly lucky to have her.
she deserves a raise, no question!

Karen was amazing!!! Needed a couple items for my car and she went above and beyond taking her time to explain to me the importance of maintenance from the small things to the bigger ones. She made the experience wonderful and easy.

Company headquarters needs to look into this location and fire the manager immediately, closed early I called and asked why, dude told me, “cause I gotta go”.. mind you it’s 25 min before closing this is June, 1st 2024

Good, second time I was able to recycle my used oil.
Please note they do not accept filters and the oil container but you can empty it out on site.

Andy used to work at oriellys and since she moved to AutoZone it’s been amazing working with her . Everyone in there is so helpful and I will always come to this AutoZone.

This Auto zone saved me a lot of money with there experience workers. I went to a mechanic shop for my check engine light and they quoted me 375$ plus labor I came in to this autozone bought the part for almost half the price and saved so much money on it.
