Unfortunately this place has come a long way down from before the district manager Jesus doesn’t bother helping clients instead he sides with manager and his reasoning behind it was because of returns, I have noticed most employees start acting like detectives and will look for any little reason to try to deny a return or discounts which is extremely sad as this is in a low income area, u would think they have a heart and look out for their clients and tell them the best deals, I know if I worked there I would tell all my clients about being able to price match oils and other products with Walmart, I would also explain the ability to order thru app and getting 20% off and also the warranty, I had a item under warranty that said I can get a replacement or refund, the manager that is fat dark and has long hair slick back said he can’t give me a refund because they can deny any warranty for any reason… and his reasoning was just because he felt like it…Fortunately Advanced Auto is booming and new locations are opening up all the time here now and compared to autozone it’s amazing, Try Advanced Auto u won’t find workers like here where they look out for profit only and also they brake corporate rules

Very good service and very spacious place, you don't have to wait in line like in Florence/Normadie or Main/vernon, and if you need something simple, there are mechanics outside who will do the job for you for very little money, such as changing toilets or Breakes for I don't think about the rest.

Poorly run place for commercial accounts. Real senior management is needed here. My shop’s calls are purposely placed on hold for long periods of time, the parts I ask for are purposely out of stock until the next day. Had to stop at this location on multiple occasions for my own parts, and surprise, surprise, the same kids at the cashiers without any clients but I’m on hold. No meaningful accountable management. Fast tracking these observations/experiences to AutoZone corporate until reasonable change is seen from this location.

Honestly wish I could give something lower than 1 start but this was the worst help I've ever gotten from an auto zone employee, I asked the front desk employee, she had two braids and glasses but I asked if she can help chart my battery and she went to go ask another female employee and all I heard her say was" no it's raining" and the front desk employee said no we can't help you and I said cause it's raining and the front desk employee said yes, so I stormed off and went to the other autozone done the street and they helped without hesitation! If you. Any help customers then why work for an autozone...

Bad customer service, they apparently don't know what they sell. They send people to the wrong aisle, and when you ask them for help, they tell you if you didn't see it there, we don't have it. You would expect it from a red shirt, but a grey shirt (manager) ? I just believe it was wrong.
