A Hispanic with glasses, skinny, I think he's from Guatemala who works there, he's a terrible guy when it comes to serving people, he almost hits people, he's very bad-mouthed and very violent, he shouldn't work there.

Today, Hunberto the employer, who is working at store number 5220. He is amazing and kind and gentle service man i have not met before very appreciate. Also, the mananger, Mayeli. She was very kind and gentle. I believe she is very good manager in this autozine. Best autozone in Los Angeles

LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! Stopped by here in a light drizzle and purchased a windshield wiper. The female store manager refused to help me or have a representative help me change it because as she says, " they can't go outside when it's raining" ? she then continues to tell me I can wait 30 min for another store rep to come in and help me ..... definitely will not be purchasing from this store again ??

This Auto Zone Location is very professional & the staff have friendly customer service “Mayeli” one of the managers was very knowledgeable & was able help me get back on the road in a timely manner I will always choose Auto-Zone. Oscar was friendly & he helped me from start to finish as well… I am glad I stopped by.

I came in kind of down today because they stole my car battery 2000 Toyota Corolla, but Mayeli took care of my needs with a new battery great customer service would highly recommend her and this! Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work! ?

Humberto was extremely helpful with identifying what parts I needed to replace my battery. He made great recommendations for troubleshooting an issue I’d had with changing the battery as well. Best Auto parts shop experience
