Update: Talked to a manager who was very helpful and took care of what I needed. No one is perfect and I was glad that they helped me after my complaint. Changed to 5-star!
I purchased a battery for my Nissan Rogue and it is currently under warranty. My car stopped bc of the defective battery and I called AAA on Friday April 26th, 2024 to get it jump started. The AAA agent said it was a faulty battery. I took it to autozone and they tested it and said it was a good battery. The car stopped again today. This business wastes tour time abs resources.

Don't waste your time and money going to this location. Employees are not knowledgeable. They lie to you through their teeth like nothing. Their store manager Valerie or Valencia or whatever her name is, would not solve your problem instead she says buy another battery from them for $200 which would be another junk. ............employees over there has NO idea what they're selling. As long as they take your money, they don't care.

They suck the customer service here is bad , it wasn’t busy and I asked if they can help with my battery installation and they refused to help no one was at the store but me and mind you I’m pregnant I need to call for help and wait 40 mins for a family member to come help me carry the battery and help me install it . I know it’s something easy but the customer services here is bad they need a whole new team and more employees

This place. By far, it has the worts costumer service i was getting a battery and violeta one of the employees didn't want to help with it. I requested to talk to a manager, and she refused at the beginning, arguing that the manager would say the same thing that i can go and look for my battery, but they will not help me. And when i ask for the corporate number she start laughing and saying that i can do whatever she dont care and the manager victor was just as bad as her requested the corporate number and he didn’t give it to me also refused to give me his name on the paper with the wrong number he give me. Never have this experience with autozone in the past but. There is more places for this type of business they will not laugh on my face again when im getting stuff from them. Look for a better business to get parts. O'Reilly was able to help me in less than a minute with this battery thats how bad autozone is now. Will no recommend autozone anymore.
