Walter H was SO helpful. He turned a very frustrating day into a great experience. Battery check, recycled the old battery, and a new one installed all in 20min. I was so pleasantly surprised. I will be a regular here for sure. His kindness and expediency excelled all expectation :)

Came to this location because the guys at the Santa Monica store have douche bag mannerisms. The younger Hispanic male here wasn't too smart to help the customers here and was kind. Slender, facial hair, young 18-25. Good customer service and knew how to sell.

young guy at the register has terrible customer service. barely acknowledged me and recommended the incorrect wiper blades on a stormy day. ubering back to the auto zone because i can't drive my car without them today. total inconvenience because of an untrained kid with an attitude.

Rudy A is a complete asshole , I asked him to help me change my windshield wiper , not only did I purchase the wrong one because apparently i was able to use any windshield wiper according to him and he seemed very bothered , like dude nothing is for free i ain't no cheap person I was gunna tip you for your service but you want to be an asshole about it , I don't understand why employees get mad when customers as for help. No type of customer service.

Honestly best service ever , I don't live close by it but I always enjoy coming here because they really take good care of their customers every employee has always gone out of their way to help in any ways possible with zero hesitation they are always up for the job no matter how difficult it may be they got you I will continue to buy here ?

This piticular auto parts shop's the doesn't know the parts that you car really needs I think the need more people whit love and knowledge about auto parts they always gives you the ones to shows in the computer but even they doesn't know ? ? sadly so remember if you need to get it done do it yourself of brig the broken part the get the exact part you need it

My mom's battery was dying and she came here to test it and get help installing a new one. Even though they were very short-staffed, Alejandro went out of his way to help her. He was fast and efficient and didn't mind that she was watching him to learn how to do it on her own. Alejandro was extremely nice and had a great attitude. Thank you!

The auto zone promises you a reward and never gives it to you, they did it to me
However, the other taqueria gives it to you and then discounts it on the spot, well, I'm not going anymore.
