I purchased windshield wipers and needed help installing them. I went to the Washington and Hoover location, where Joseph R. was extremely helpful. He came out to my car and installed the windshield wipers for me. He was kind, patient, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his help.

Bowen was working this morning saw me struggling in the rain trying to change my windshield wipers I just purchased. He didn’t hesitate to come out and help me! He also processed an exchange for different wipers that had the proper adapter piece. Fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend :)
