Had to do a quick stop today before hitting the road for the long weekend of Memorial Day. When in purchased a light bulb for my tail brake light that was out borrowed some tools from the shop to remove the back light and when my dad and I were having trouble removing it one of the employees came out her name was Kc and she grab more tools from inside and helped us change the light bulb. Thank you Kc you were Awesome!!!

Very rude and disrespectful customer service in line behind a paying customer and they tried to make me get into the parts after 3 people walked in after me , tried to make me get in the service line after I was standing already behind a paying customer. The guy at the counter was very rude and disrespectful and we come in here all the time to buy products.

I bought windshield wipers back in September/ October at a different location and the guy is going to say that those don't last long, and they are not good quality. Okay cool. Then he's going to say because of hot weather, and my mind goes blank. We're in the L.A area, we've had a total of maybe two weeks of hot weather 75-80 degrees. What hot weather is he talking about? I pointed it out, and he backtracks to his original statement of them being low quality. I'll keep being a patron, but I for sure will seek out a different employee.

I have received the best customer service from Sales Manager Alberto H. He went above and beyond to help me, outside of his line of duty and it speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. More importantly, it positively reflects on AutoZone as a whole. I would indubitably recommend this particular AutoZone to anyone else. 5 Star Service.

Came in because my car was struggling to turn on. One of the auto zone employees offered to check if it was the battery with their machine except his shift was over. We asked another employee and he said that the machine wasn't working & as that other employee was leaving, he told us to go to a different auto zone because that guy lied. He just didn't want to come out and check for me. Idk why they have those commercials then, they claim that they'll help you and change/replace the parts. They fake af bro.

Early morning pit stop for antifreeze coolant fluid. Was greeted by sales representative. She help me look up and find the correct fluid for my vehicle.I was able to cool engine and refill fluid in parking area.
