We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.

The staff here is so polite and professional. Iishonn was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with my rental reservation. The effort was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return.

Avoid at any cost, they charged me boosters while it’s out of stock and until today they are not responding to my emails to fix the bill

I recently rented a car and had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, Brian was incredibly friendly and attentive. I’ve been renting on and off with this company a few times now. Always the best service, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. As a frequent traveler I know too well that this is not always the case with other companies and I have to say I’ve never regretted booking with Sixt. At this location I’ve dealt with a number of the team who have all been a pleasure to engage with. Angelo processed my last rental and he personally made sure that things went smoothly. Great team keep up the good work.

Reserved a van but upon arrival it was not returned by the previous renter. Iishonn assisted me and was able to find a suitable substitution. He did everything to ensure my rental needs were met.
