As a family, we have been taking our multiple cars to AutoMed ( Culver City/Washington Pl) for years. I like very much that they are a family run local business , and we trust them and support this, rather than going to a more cold experience at Pep Boys. It’s been over 20 years that we have this association , and we have seen the shop pass from father to son, that is valuable to us in terms of them knowing our cars . They have kept our multiple cars running over the years and given them extended life. They alway discuss options, and I do trust their advice, and like the way they do business:)

They did such a phenomenal job on my old bucket of a car, went above and beyond what was agreed, we’re very communicative, and gave me several options for various prices of things that needed to be done. Will definitely go back to them.

I had my catalytic converter stolen on a Saturday. I called Automed, spoke with Ashley and they had someone pickup my car as soon as possible. They explained and handle all my insurance questions that I needed addressed and had my vehicle back that following Thursday. Ashley was immensely helpful and made a very unhappy situation very easy and stress-free for me. I cannot recommend Automed enough.

Excellent service! I have been coming here for many years. From Ashley at the front desk to the mechanics and owners, everyone is so kind, professional, and honest. Whether you need maintenance or have an urgent problem, they thoroughly check your car and let you know what repairs you need for very reasonable prices without trying to upsell you. Each time I visit, I know my car will be taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop!
