I also was hung up on for asking a simple question about the services they offer! If the owner is too bothered to talk to customers on the phone, at the bare minimum he should have a website that provides the information!

My car was making a weird noise and last minute LA Auto Parts helped me figure out what was wrong and fixed my car within 2 days so I would not have to call out of work for an extensive amount of time. They also explained to me exactly what was wrong with the car and what they had to do to fix it so I would understand if anything similar happened in the future. Amazing service!!

Don't go to this place. They sell extremely cheap parts that can only stays 1 month. Just go to the autozone and they has much better quality parts. These cheap parts will waste you money. Believe me！！！

Horrible place do not go I called an asked a simple question about an alternator that I have and no longer want; while I was asking a question he hung up in my face after that I proceeded to call back and once I did he yelled at me and cussed me out and I didn’t approach him disrespectfully on the phone or anything. DO NOT GO!!!!
