“I recently had a little accident when visiting Ktown and broke my side mirror. My friend suggested I check out Yosemite. When I arrived, Mr. Lee didn’t have the exact part in stock, but he quickly looked it up, showed me the price, and ordered it online right in front of me — full transparency, no hidden costs. Mr. Lee also helped me tape up my broken mirror so I could drive around in the meantime.
Since I actually live a bit far from the shop, I was worried about making multiple trips and having to go through rush hour traffic to come to the shop. Mr. Lee kindly offered to come to my house after hours once the part arrived, since he lives not far away from me. And he did show up fixing the mirror and leaving my car looking as good as new.
Mr. Lee’s dedication and kindness are impressive ? I am so grateful for his kindness and for discovering this trustworthy auto shop. Will recommend to my friends 10/10.”

They were empathetic, and quoted me a very reasonable price. They kept me informed throughout the 10 days the car was there. The only surprise was how impeccable their work was and how incredibly clean my car was upon return. Color matching is a process and my door matched perfectly. “This place is incredible! Not only are the staff nice, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, but they truly are experts! I was in a hit and run accident and where the driver left a huge dent and black streaks on my light blue 2024 Chevy trax RS. As you may think, this made my car look horrible. After going to several different body shops to get an estimate, my cousin, who had been a customer of Innovative before, told me to come here.
Once I showed up, I got an estimate that was way cheaper than the asking price of other collision shops, and the work they did was incredible!! You can see it in the photos below. I would highly recommend coming here and at least getting the quote. Their work speaks for itself, but the work they do is amazing!! I will be recommending anyone I know to come here! You will NOT be disappointed.”

“This process was absolutely so easy . Well lets just say the ladies who made this so effortless for me , made it easy.
I came in for my Nissan Rouge 2020 hit and run damage and without no time less than 2 weeks for all the parts and ned paint job, my car couldn't look better.

“My car went up in smokes a few days ago and my car was towed to World Auto Body and let me tell you folks, they were above and beyond with all the help. I told them my car stopped working in the middle of traffic and now my wife is going to kill me because I haven't picked up our two kids from school, the dog from the groomers, and I was supposed to get take-out for dinner. Came in with my Tesla that had been sideswiped and needed bumper and quarter panel replacement - was seriously crumpled. Process took about a month in total (mainly waiting for parts from tesla), but the team kept me updated throughout.
