One of the worst AT&T stores I have been too. They are an affiliated retailer so the lady at the desk told me she couldn’t do much to help me simply trade in my iPhone like they advertise. She was rude and couldn’t hear me because she was playing rap music the whole time. The only solution she gave me was to call corporate in the AT&T store which felt crazy to do.

Please believe all of the Yelp reviews!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.This store has to be paying for reviews on Google because the reviews on Google is not a reflection of their customer service.For starters, this store have no control of the homeless that roam in and out of the store. There should be security there but there is no security and the cleanliness is not good. I visited this store 3 times within a 2 day window due to errors caused by the manager ,Kimberly F while purchasing a phone. Kimberly is a terrible manager and very unprofessional. I am not sure why ATT hires people who lacks leadership skills and the ability to solve basic problems.I purchased a phone and Kimberly F, store manager, did not input the correct information on my receipt. I needed proof of purchase for reimbursement and there were several errors on the receipt I was issued. One of the big issues were the IMEI number did not match the IMEI number of the phone I purchased. When I drove back to the store the next day to correct this issue with Kim, she directed me to customer service without trying to solve the problem. Not to mention, I called the store before driving back. I had to hold for 10 minutes and asked 2973 questions before she came to the phone to assist. She was very lazy, rude, & nonchalant about Everything. When I called the customer service dept., they were clear that since I purchased the phone in store, I needed to resolve the issue in store. Still today, the receipt was not correct and now have to be inconvenienced more to get the proper documentation. Had I known services with ATT has declined over the years, I would not have switched carriers. I really wish I did not make ATT my cellular provider. It is not worth the headache.

The reviews here are so accurate. I had a similar experience with the manager, Kimberly F. Very unprofessional , lazy , and nonchalant. I would not recommend wasting my time going into this location. She was not helpful at all and even gave me the wrong receipt for my purchase.

Poor service. The African American worker with the receding hairline & yellow eyes was so rude already had an attitude for no reason as soon as he clocked in. There were 5 people waiting & only two people helping & that guy wasn’t cooperating at all.

As a small business customer you would think ATT will not send you offshore. Over the past week have spent more than 4 hours with customer service. Getting a non-working hotspot, replacement order never place and lastly a hotspot sent to the wrong address. Horrible Customer Service and they hang up on you. Take your small business somewhere else

Came in to trade in an old phone. The store was locked during business hours, so I called in and was told to return in 20 minutes. During the interaction, the manager made it clear he did not want to deal with the exchange by avoiding eye contact and asking questions with a curt tone. He asked to call the agent who helped set up the swap and cut him off once he understood the situation. I asked how long the exchange would take due to the five minute parking outside, and he said less than five minutes. The interaction went over time. I had to repeat my answers for phone type, deal type, etc. several times because he did not pay attention through the switching process. Not looking forward to returning to this store.

Came here to get an upgrade for my iPhone. They have ZERO 14 iPhones in stock they are all on back order this includes all types of 14 iPhones. They only have iPhone 13 but not 13 Pro. Try another location. He scanned my ID which I wish I would have refused now. Is this a real ATT store????

Very rude staff, we bought 300$ of pre paid simcards, they were not working with our wifi hotspot.Staff refused to help, didn't even investigate our AT&T device
