After 4 hours shopping along Santee, we were happy to find this store -- unique and varied dress styles with very helpful service. They also carried smaller sizes (2-4) for several of the dresses my daughter chose to try on. My daughter was the bell-of-the-ball and looked absolutely gorgeous! The dress was a perfect fit and selection for the "Met Gal' prom theme. Thank you!!

Took my baby sister searching for a prom dress and we ended up here. My sister tried on a couple dresses and she ended up liking one that they had, however the top needed a little bit of tailoring so it can fit her better. Doris the only sales lady in there that runs the shop gave up a very high price of $350 and the dress when we were ready to check out but told us a lower price when my sister was trying it on. Since my sister had to have the dress tailored we had to come back in a week. Came back in a week the dress was not ready not even touched! We came bad 2 weeks later and nothing was done! They olace is a scam! They don't do refunds and DORIS is the WORST! She lies to you only to get your money. She will say anything just to get your money and after that she plays like your not even a customer. Please don't go here!! It's a scam! And she's racist as well. She was speaking in Spanish and thought I didn't understand but she was saying all kinds of racist things! HUGE SCAM DONT SHOP HERE!

Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE we got our dresses and they weren't even the right color or style they had to redo them because of their own mistake didn't want to be accommodating because of their mistake didn't offer not even a small percentage of a discount not even off tailoring at least, also only wanted us to come try on dresses when actually ready on weekdays I mean this in the most disrespectful way PEOPLE HAVE JOBS AND WE CANT BE CALLING OFF OR REQUESTING TIME OFF JUST BECAUSE YOU WONT BE ACCOMMODATING WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE , they Taylor asked if I could come back I stated I couldn't because I live very far and gas prices are out of control. The warehouse in which they make the dresses is EXTREMELY sketchy I feared for my life , the employees are not knowledgeable at all they ask you a million questions they should be more organized. Terrible experience you've been warned.

Absolutely amazing! I had a work event I needed a gown for and was very particular about what I needed and they were so helpful. They practically custom made an entire dress for me in 5 days. I even went to the warehouse for a separate fitting to get the straps and hem perfect. Couldn't be more thankful and highly recommend!!

Besides the fact that I found the EXACT dress I wanted for my wedding, the process was easy and the service was friendly. I’ll be back with an update when I come back for my fitting, but so far I’m a happy client!***UPDATE*** Fitting was also a success and my dress fit to perfection. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received!

I came to look for dresses for my bridesmaids and Jaime helped us out. He was super friendly and knowledgeable! All my girls tried on the dress in the store to figure out their size and we got them custom made with the color that I wanted. All 5 dresses were ready so fast within a month and I am happy how they came out. My girls love their dresses too and they look so good! I forgot the other lady's name who was also nice and called me to confirm the colors of the dresses that we ordered and when they were ready to pick up. Affordable prices too at Atria!! Beautiful dresses here! :)

My fiancé and I came here two weeks prior to get prices from them. A woman gave us a firm price of $149 and we came back for fittings with our bridesmaid dresses, she switched up the prices and tried to say it was $350 instead of $149. Then tried to say she never talked to us but I pulled out the card she gave me with her direct line. Very scammy and overly priced dresses.

Very bad experience here. My fiancé and I came to look at bridesmaid dresses so when we brought my girls, we'd have it all set and they'd just have to get sized/pay. I found one I really liked, and they gave me a price of $149. 2 weeks later we came back with all of our girls, got them fitted and then I was told the price was $350. When I told the woman who quoted me before about the price change, she said she never told me $150 and they don't sell dresses at that price. I explained that the only reason we came back to that shop was for that price. She then said she remembered me and my "boyfriend" and when I told her that was my girlfriend she said whatever and kept referring to "her" as "he", and that we were just confused about what she said. Don't waste your time.

This place is a huge scam. they have you try on another brands dress and then try to replicate it. The dresses they make don't even fit right and cost over $200

2 stars, just because they have alot of selections of dressed and colors and at a reasonable price . My experience with this store at first was good, the worker there was helpful. I ordered my dress on march I loved the material and the way it shaped my body and thought it was perfect for my wedding. Fast forward to November I'm 21 weeks pregnant but wasn't showing much so I thought it wasnt a issue because the dress itself is very stretchy. I go in to pick up the dress and go my final payment but I when she shows me the dress it's WAY SMALLER than what I tried on the first time. It said size M but it looked like a XS. I told her this isint the size I ordered she said it's a M and that it stretches. It did stretch but not the same as the one I originally ordered. The material was completely different . I knew off the bat it wasn't gonna fit or it might but it would fit tight. She insisted to try it on do I said fine whatever I'll try it on but if I don't like it I'm not paying for it. I try it on and what do you know it fit extremely tight & it was in my belly area where I grew a few Inched it was on my upper area. I know for a fact I didn't get bigger anywhere else but my belly area if anything I lost weight because I couldn't keep food in with my pregnancy and lost weight, so how it is that it didn't fit? My mom agreed that the dresses were completely different she was arguing with the worker on how the material is noticeably different, we even found the original dress that she had me try on & we out then together stretched both of them out & you can automatically see and feel the difference. At this point I was upset I just wanted the dress off of me BUT the zipper got stuck . My mom couldn't pull it down and she waited in the workers Instead because she didn't wanna be responsible if it were to rip. Worker comes and she struggles to pull it down too , she uses force and the zipper breaks . I did not have this trouble with the first one . We told her you see this is obviously not the same size, but she kept insisting it was and the material was the same and she said it was my fault for not telling her I was pregnant and that the dresses that are for try on are normally more stretched out because people try them on often and the material stretched out. FIRST OF ALL, im not that huge to begin with I maybe grew an inch or two from my stomach area it still didn't explain why it was so thight from the top area & SECOND if that was the case why didn't she mentioned it when I first tried it on? If I tried on a M but due to being a try in and material being worn out would you suggest to get a L if knowing a M would be more snugged when ordered brand new with no wear ? I worked in the customer service industry for 7 years and to me I would of suggested just to avoid any future problems . On top of all this she called her manager to see what could be done and he offered to make a brand new dress with the correct sizing for an additional 100$ my total payment that day would of been 220$, almost 400$ in total with the previous payments I made before. Keep in mind this dress was simple there was no design or jewerly on it at all just plain and simple. I went to HP and got a beautiful dress with crystals and design for 90$! Alot better than paying 220$ to get it remade and simple. I don't normally write reviews let alone alone one like this but I'm just still upset that after showing the comparison in front of the worker she denied it .

Very bad service . There measurement of special order was wrong. The owner not taking the responsibility. I went to pick up the dress they lost the invoice and didn't even start it.

I ordered a drees for my prom (June 8) on May 11, it was a costum made dress, my pick up date was June 1, I went to the store on June 1 and my dress was wrong, I was told that they were going to make it again and they were going to send me the dress for free on Tuesday, June 4. Today it is June 6 and I still don't have my dress, I called and they were SUPER RUDE to me, they told me that I had to go and pick up the dress (when I called on june 4 they told me that a lady left with my dress to ship it to me) but I can't because I live far. When I told them that I wanted a refund the lady got really mad at me and told me to call at 1:00p.m. because that is when the boss arrives, when I was told BY THE BOSS to call at 10a.m. to ask for my dress. Now I have no dress and no money to buy a new one and my prom is in two days. I'm heartbroken for this situation because prom is something that I've been waiting for years now.
