I called customer service because the finish on many of my cabinet pulls is wearing off. Ellen was rude and told me to go via the retailer; despite their website saying claims can be filed via the phone. Wow.

I worked here for almost 2 years, great company! The owner was a hard worker with a big heart. I will never forget the days spent there. I hope all was well for them during the pandemic.

Made a delivery here this morning. Warehouse crew quickly attended me, were respectful, were courteous. Quickly unloaded me so i can go on to my next assignment. As a truck driver who gets paid by the move and not by the hour, it means alot. Thanks guys.

I recently purchased new bathroom and kitchen knobs and. I was thrilled with the results. The knobs were extremely good quality, solid and well made. My cabinets and drawers look sophisticated, neat and updated. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I dabble in redesigning my friend's homes whenever I can - and sometimes give gifts that adorn their homes forever. I get huge hugs when I give them the Modern Avalon series from Atlas Homewares - super cool because you can mount them flat or raise them for a shadowy effect. Great service -they ship the same day I place the order. I also got their crystal knobs for my bathroom - super glam. Thx for the service.

Be sure you are confident in your order before making it. There is a 25% restocking fee, even if you are willing to reorder replacement items from the same company. I bought four house numbers--paid $6 in shipping and a $16 dollar restocking fee, based on the original $60 purchase price. Stupid me for not asking up front, but nevertheless this company will NEVER get another order from me! The numbers were in separate sealed packs and only needed to be thrown over a hook! Big "restock" effort! I'm retired and don't have $20 bucks to just throw around.
