I called customer service because the finish on many of my cabinet pulls is wearing off. Ellen was rude and told me to go via the retailer; despite their website saying claims can be filed via the phone. Wow.

I worked here for almost 2 years, great company! The owner was a hard worker with a big heart. I will never forget the days spent there. I hope all was well for them during the pandemic.

Made a delivery here this morning. Warehouse crew quickly attended me, were respectful, were courteous. Quickly unloaded me so i can go on to my next assignment. As a truck driver who gets paid by the move and not by the hour, it means alot. Thanks guys.
