Great store. Lots of different options and styles, I appreciate the huge variety of shoe types which include running, pickleball, tenia and more. Vey organized and clean, which is useful to find the model and size you want.

This is my third time doing a store pick-up, and the first two times, the pick-ups were around 7-8 PM. The employees were accommodating and helpful during the pick-up process. However, this week, I decided to do a third pick up for 2 shoes, and the employees in the morning were unaccommodating. They just gave me the shipped box it came in. I asked the manager (a lady who was guiding her employees) if I could see the shoes to double-check my purchase. Instead, she just handed me the box with tape on it and expected me to have a cutter. When I asked for a bag for the shoes, the employees were unhelpful and didn't even offer to take the box. I had to take the FedEx box outside of the store and throw it away. This year, I decided to get more comfortable shoes and purchased Asics for daily use, work, and tennis. The inconsiderate employees ruined the experience of doing store pick up for me. Even still, I love the 2 shoes I got and hopefully doesn't experience these again.

Great service, the guy took his time to show me some good trail shoes. The shoes were perfect for Runyon Canyon, didn't slip once up the Western mountain trail nor down the Eastern mountain either.

Great customer service, love the shoes! I attempted to use a different style of ASICS shoes, wore them all day, but at the end of the day my feet were hurting. I should have stuck to my usual ASICs that I buy. I was worried the store would not allow me to return them as I did wear them for most of the day. However the young lady working there was very understanding and gave me no problem! I was able to exchange the shoes for my usual ASICS that I use, with ease, hassle free.

Asics brand has the best shoes for either working out or everyday use. But this store has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The employees will take care of you and will see to it that you leave satisfied with a purchase. Yes the shoes can be a little pricey but in my opinion they are worth every cent. Also, special shoutout to Mynor. Both times I have made a purchase he has been a great help and a very knowledgeable employee on the asics brand. He holds management qualities without a doubt. I will definitely be coming back for another pair and maybe some shoes for my parents.

Visited the ASICS outlet at Citadel Outlets in search of new shoes, particularly the GT 2000’s or GT 1000’s. Unfortunately, my size 13 was unavailable in any color or model, making the trip disappointing after driving over 50 miles. The staff was knowledgeable, but the lack of size options left me empty-handed. If you have a specific size requirement, it's advisable to call ahead to avoid potential disappointments.
