I got into a small accident a few months ago while pregnant with my first born. It was late in the afternoon but we were able to drive to this shop right before 6pm. Jay called Enterprise for us on Robertson and even drove me and my husband there before they closed. Along the drive, he gave advice on how to speak to the insurance companies. Jay was also always pleasant and available over the phone. His estimates for completion time and price were spot on despite dealing with supply chain shortages. Thank you again, Jay!

A friend recommended Jay at Arm and Hammer and I'm so thankful he did. It can be so daunting getting your car repaired and Jay makes it really seamless. He's professional, provides reliable information and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him and his company.

This was an amazing experience. Jay really went above and beyond and helped me get my car fixed and back to me even 2 days early. The car looks just like new and I am so happy I was referred to them! Would 100% recommend going there to my friends and family if any of them were to get In an accident. Great service !

I came across Arm & Hammer in my neighborhood and then checked the reviews here. I then went to get an estimate and Jay was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I moved here from out of state and was uncertain where to go and now I have found a small business that I will remain loyal to. Jay truly went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in the best shape and that I was completely educated on what was being done. VERY FAIR pricing, he hooked it up. I had two areas needing to be repaired (one through insurance and one not), he was able to fix both in a timely manner. My car was so clean on the inside and outside when I picked it up. Honestly I don't even post on Yelp, or Google but I was so pleased that I immediately went home to post reviews. I hope their business flourishes. Very satisfied with this experience!

Was looking for a local bodyshop and I asked a decent mechanic that I go to locally and he told me to come here brought the car the other person was at fault so their insurance was going to pay for this from the looks of it it was $2k worth of damage the guy here known as Mr. Jay took the car in and told me he would deal with the insurance company directly later I found out he quoted him $6200 which is about $500 more than the car was worth if it was not receiving the salvage title but since it was it was way crazy we ended up taking a check from the insurance company instead and where going to take it somewhere much cheaper. He suddenly throws a bunch of bogus numbers at us asking for $2300 after the car was there for just a week scum bag in the end it was not worth it to pay 2300 to get the car back, this made me angry till I realized it worked in my favor so 5 stars!
