I worked with Vito for the first time this year. He helped me find the new love of my life- a diamond tennis necklace. Vito was patient, knowledgable, and helped me find my perfect new piece. His prices cannot be beat. His store is within the beautiful Biltmore hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
Once ordered, my necklace came in quickly and I even added some diamond earrings to match. He truly cares about his customers and their pieces. 10/10 recommend and I will be working with Vito again in the future.

Outstanding craftsmanship and quality. Unique and beautiful designs. The owner is very kind, friendly and patient.
Location at the grand Biltmore Hotel is also a plus.

This place is a gem! We just picked up our wedding bands from Arka and they are so beautiful!! Vito was so thoughtful in walking us through all the options we had, was able to customize the ring to my very tiny finger, and was able to customize colors to what we showed him in pictures. There are several jewelry stores in this area, but I told my fiance that it feels nice to get it from a place that makes you feel so comfortable and taken care of. That way you will remember the ring even more fondly. He also had very reasonable prices so we were able to get the ring within our budget. Thanks Vito :)
