5 stars for Ms. Jacky/Jackie , she was super helpful and came to help right away (It's really a hit or miss with how the employees treat or help you out.) I had asked for a certain size and Jacky found it very quickly. Loved her customer service from another girly who works retail! Very appreciative :))

Heather was my go to girl she took care of me and my daughters she was kind patient really had a great sense of style. Was so sad when she moved she made the visits and shopping experience so personal and special a great asset to Aritzia brand.

Had a fantastic time shopping on a Tuesday afternoon. The store is beautiful and huge! All staff was helpful to hold items while I shopped, but Jeremy was such a sweetheart and really helped me as I decided through some things I tried on. He also helped me order a color of pants to my home that they didn’t have my size...
