Gas is whatever, but inside the service is bad. The two attendees were very rude, an older lady and possibly a teenage or early 20 something guy. I grabbed a water from a shelf that said price was 2.50 and they tried to charge me $5+ and when I explained they laughed and told me I Had to pay $5+. With that said I'm sticking to only getting gas at this location, and that if it's Really needed.

To whom this may concern I just had one of the worst interactions with one of your associates at store 42856At 8:23 pm on 10/11/22 I called the station in regards to a refund I was unable to pick up the day before due to having a busier than expected schedule I asked the female associate if she my refund was available she stated she knew nothing and I would need to call the next day and speak to a manager i then asked if a particular associate that was supposed to help was available or if said associate would be their the next day she then said again I would need to speak to a manager then I asked if a particular female manager who had approved the refund would be available the next day she said she did not know and again referred me to call in the next day after which I became frustrated with her unwillingness to assist me or provide me with any sort of information I ask for her own name the female associate on the phone with me proceeded to end the call without identifying herself I called back to my call being refused I then visited the store since I was in the area and ask the associate for her name she said it was against policy for her to provide it i asked if it was arcos policy she refused to answer the question and began saying she answered all my questions and that she was not disrespectful by hanging up or refusing my follow up call I then asked her again to please identify herself for my complaint she again refused and I exited the store I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

First of stopped to get cigarettes and a big gulp. As I went to use the restroom the door indicator said vacant. I noticed the other bathroom both saying gender neutral had a cone in front of it. I walk to the counter and the little boy said the left side was for employees and the other was for customers. He did mention it has been down awhile. However if the owner wants to keep taking our money he should spend time getting it fixed.
