This Arco does not let travelers who purchased gas from them use their restroom, even though they have a very lovely restroom. I understand wanting to keep homeless people out of the restroom, however, I do not look homeless.

I get only $20 since they add a 35 cent for using a debit/credit card. I go elsewhere for a fill up because of that extra charge.

Contacting the 1 800 number on your Arco receipt does nothing. A canceled Arco gas transaction doesn't get voided, Arco, an independent franchise, just waits out the legally required amount of time for a pending transaction. These employees and corporate lie to you because they think you are dumb. Why even patron an establishment like this, to save 40cents? Arco and Marathon Petroleum have terrible customer service. Owning a gas station seems like you don't really have to be responsible for anything since the number of the pump manufacturer is on the receipt not the actually establishment that you pay to.
