This company is horrible. My company just signed up with them 4 months ago. We had numerous employees that had the wrong sizes given to them. They haven't gotten it right still. My company is huge and there about to cancel service if it doesn't get fixed soon. Don't bother signing if your thinking about using them. Go with Cintas or somewhere else.

Terrible service. The company does not make deliveries on a weekly basis as per contract but charges us as if they did. Thy charge us for items never received. Also, one week they charge a set fee and the next week they overcharge us for the same service.We are constantly calling and emailing for a manager to contact us to correct their accounting mistakes but they never return our calls or emails. We've been using this company for many years and are always being overcharged and charged even when there is no uniform deliveries. Very frustrating and unethical business practices.

This is the most shitty scrub company that everyone can ever imagine. I have been working in healthcare industry for almost ten years and have never seen a uniform company as horrible as this level. Terrible service - they are never there when there is a problem, from delivery to billing. When you are so mad and want to cancel the service, they don't help you with cancellations but threaten you with a big bill and advise you to stick with them. I would be so shamed for anyone working for this company.

Aramark has consistently failed to meet expectations. Year after year, restaurant after restaurant, Aramark can never get their end of the deal right. Invoices clearly state what items should be dropped off and it literally never matches. I have called, spoken in person, and asked nicely enough times to both corporate and district operators to no avail. Good thing all they do is towels and rugs for us. Could NOT trust them to do anything else.

Early morning delivery and language barrier? No worries Aramark's own associates Hector and Jose are here to help. Delivery to this facility was quick and easy. The hard part will be negotiating the narrow crowded streets of East Los Angeles to get here.

First impression was rough but these guys never gave up in keeping our team satisfied! We must stay clean and sanitary at all times and Aramark knows how to get it done! Thank you Daniel Rodela for the quick responses and for fixing all of our delivery issues.
