Justin, thank you so much for helping me today at the Apple Store. I appreciate your help in finding the perfect color and cover for my Mini Pad. You were so helpful with setting up my pad. Your very patient, and explained all my options. I was fortunate to have you assist me so quickly, didn't have to wait a minute!

Whats up with the staff here? It was a chore trying to check in for my service appointment, it took me 15 minutes to find someone to help me. When I later went to ask for help for a different issue, a condescending heavier set black woman acted as if me talking to her was an excruciating chore, with non stop eye rolls…

Terrible attendance. I waited to be seen for more than 40 minutes and they said it would be for 20 minutes, but there were many employees with their arms crossed and chatting.

I've never had an employee be so unfriendly and rude, but this bald, black guy is really rude and mean, so if you want to go to the Apple store, go somewhere else. Don't go here and get upset. This is a store I will never go to again.

Rough experience here. Each layer of staff was rude. Sorry I don't know exactly how a computer board works.. My bad? Definitely sorry I tried to understand and learn; One guy literally laughed at me. Honestly wish I had driven up into the valley or something to not have been treated that way. My product issue required some time with the manager, and clearly the official policy from the top down is to show as much Superiority Complex and disdain for their own customers as is possible. She could not have been more rude.

Came in to have my AirPods case replaced due to hardware failure, but they refuse to help me because the 90 day warranty expired 6 days ago. Sorry but not paying $100 to replace the charging case when every other company would make the exception and take care of this in the interest of customer service. I remember when Apple actually cared about service but it seems like they only care about their profits now.

Particularly condescending staff, which is saying something for Apple stores, as we know. Zero empathy or desire to explain their choices. A mess from top to bottom; really not worth visiting especially with the distant parking.

***Keywords: Rude, Condescending, Lethargic***Dear Century City Apple Store Employees,I do not want to blame you at all for your behavior and lack of enthusiasm. The only person here that needs to be held accountable is your manager or whoever is running the store.Reply to this review and I promise I will ship 10 paper back books on "Customer Service 101" your way at my cost. You are not only teaching (reinforcing) your staff that their behavior is ok, but YOU are directly responsible for what their careers or future is about become (even if they choose another line of business).Employees: your managers might not give 2 cents about your future and your growth, that doesn't mean you let someone else in the driver seat. Get a grip and watch your loose mouths and irresponsible behaviors; take a good look back and see if it is actually necessary for you'll behave the way you'll do. At least do justice to the pay you take home.To my fellow shoppers: Want to walk into a store and watch 10 employees talking to themselves and not give a damn about your needs? Or want to walk up to one of them that is clearly doing nothing and have them send you to another one that's doing nothing and so on and so forth? Want an employee telling you "why are you coming to me?" after their peer sent you to them? Then go here!I walked one end of the store to the other (based on employee directions) 3 time, to buy 1 product. One person says, go there, the other one says, go here. To top off the cake with a cherry, the final guy said "Go pick up the product directly off the shelf and bring it to me".What a wonderful service by a company that's supposed to be "world class" by all means!Apple Store at Culver City, DTLA, Manhattan Village, Pasadena all seems ok, the one in Century City is by far the worst. And has only been getting bad every year. I waited 5 years to write this review with the hope that something was going to change, but apparently not!

This is the worst Apple Store I've happened to unprofessional the worst customer service, not knowledgeable and unorganized. I work for a business and we spend thousands of dollars here and I will never come to this location ever again. I hope corporate can see this.

I was there on Saturday afternoon. Took 3 (three) hours to get a new iPhone 14 and when I got home I couldn't access my Outlook emails! They are terribly short staffed and not very competent. Impossible to find a perking spot so I had to park in valet for $40. Go to another location if you want to mainstay your sanity!

What makes an Apple Story exceptional is not the company symbol printed on the walls or the wonderful videos, but the feeling of well-being in the store, similar to what you feel when using an Apple product. Unfortunately, that was not the feeling I had at Apple Century City. I was very poorly received and very poorly guided. The feeling I had was that no, it's not an Apple store!!

This Apple Store needs more training or improved customer service. I barely experience lousy service at Apple, but this one will be on the top list.Staff with iPads in the front chat do not care about customers. Just say hi like robots but not come up to ask if they need anything. I had to approach them and ask for help. Long wait to purchase a new iPhone. No one informs you of anything.I had difficulty experiencing a disabled staff since it was my first time, and I didn't know how to handle this. It put me in a challenging situation and took me longer to purchase. It was hard to communicate and get help. I felt lost at this store. However, I appreciate that Apple still offers an equal working environment! To compensate for the bad experience, the guy who worked at the Set up department/table and picks up area was offered a better and more caring service than the rest.

Incredibly rude staff member, not all of course, just the man who was sent to help me in tech. He had the attitude, the answer is no, know what is your question. Worse than that he was not trying to hide his rudeness. I was telling him why I loved the old MacBook Air. He literally turned his head and looked at the ceiling while I was talking. I said "oh I'm sorry I was just sharing something with you" he snickered and responded with absolute disinterest, "huh, I have have nothing to do with design". I don't remember his name but his was a heavy set black man and wore glasses. Apple is better that this. No one deserves this treatment when spending that kind of money. Others employees where very helpful and kind. Yes, I had just purchased a 1200. MacBook Air.
