A lot's changed since those pics from 3 years ago. There are many more products available, from all types of household goods, items, knickknacks, appliances, just to name examples. Prices are reasonable, for the most part considering the area and the local competitor businesses on other corners within' walking distance. The business seems to be run by 3-5 young upcoming entrepreneurs, lacking business professionalism & front-counter etiquette, but they're not rude or disrespectful, but just not old school. Management is up the spiral stairs behind the counter. Upon entering you'll see a makeshift area deemed the "smoke shop " part of the business, and they carry the popular smoke related products & other smoking apparatuses, like bowls, glass accessories, burners, torches, lighters, BICs, lighter fluid, & anything else that can be lit, burned, smoked, toked, passed, shared, rolled, used, or licked. There's now an ATM to the immediate right, charging a fee of $3.50; it works most is the time; behind that are tiny shopping carts. They now sell clothes, shoes, hats, purses, school stuff, dairy, fruits, veggies, odds, ends, pencils & pens. They also have many female products, and bags of ice for $3 & cups of ice for $1. There's ice cream & other frozen treats. Plenty of candy too. They use to have a huge selection of RAP SNACKS, but that dwindled down terribly, doing the artist no good & taking away the pleasure of a good snack from the customers. Oh well...They have Apple Pay and accept debit/credit for a $1 fee (administrative sh**, bank processing blah blah). One area they're very bad in is giving receipts; if you don't ask for one you won't get one. Sadly when requested they' act as if your request is out of the norm, based on their facial & body language. I could go on but.....anywho. BRecently they've welcomed the arrival of a food truck to the right prior to walking in. It looks new and clean. They make sandwiches and other American quickies, but don't lean towards any noticeable culture of dishes, and they close at midnight. Overall, these young men are doing a decent job for the local community esp being open 24 hrs. You won't get a greeting of any sort as you enter (I did say they lack etiquette) and you'll most likely find the register guy engulfed in his cell phone & if he doesn't see you, he won't see you, & maybe not even hear you if you say "excuse me" too softly. Well that's it for now.
