WOW. STUNNING LEVEL OF DISMISSAL AND INDIFFERENCE. I JUST GOT A NASTY EMAIL FROM A SALES REP AT ANN SACKS WEST HOLLYWOOD. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, DON'T ASK HARD QUESTIONS. PREPARE TO BE DISMISSED. We have used Ann Sacks for 3 major projects starting way back in 2003. Each time we have been treated with the utmost respect, patience and personalized service. We have a fourth major project and our go to sales person no longer works there (we miss you Shauna). When I stopped in recently, I was reassigned to a new sales person. They have no record of my past orders, which shouldn't matter - but let's be honest it does. It matters because tile selection is a time suck and if the sales folk spend the time to help, they should know the person is serious. In my case, 3 prior orders tells them I'm serious. The West Hollywood location is brand new and even more gorgeous that the prior location. The new Ann Sacks is definitely not the old Ann Sacks - and not in a good way. The new rep seemed put out with every question. He spent a fair amount of time in our initial visit, but follow up questions were met with a stunning level of dismissal and indifference. Responses by email were fairly prompt, but had a subtext of condescension. After hitting a snag in sizing availability, I decided to call to troubleshoot solutions. On our last Ann Sacks project, the rep used computer program to design a custom matrix for us. I thought perhaps that same program could be used to design something to solve the sizing issue. The rep said NO. We don't do that. I asked what sizing he could recommend to work the design. No dice. Couldn't be bothered. Frustrated and stunned, I said ok thank you and ended the call...left to figure it out on my own. He had the nerve to email me back telling ME I was rude and he was trying to help. HA! If that's the "Help" the New Ann Sacks provides I'll pass.

disappointed with the whole process working with Ann Sacks. Our designed brought us here because there are supposed to be great to deal with. We were encouraged to go on the high side of overage ordering because unopened tile was returnable. Turns out you can only return tile within 30 days...... which was not really reasonable with out early ordering and slowly moving remodel.Kathy thanks for the response, please reach out to me, would love to see if we can resolve this

Beware they only have a 30 day return policy....kind of ridiculous.We ordered a house of tile- early to avoid delaying our remodel. As you can imagine the 3 bathrooms were not completed in 30 days......And they won't take the tile back as promised. Looking at my purchase confirmation I don't see anything about a 30 day return policy.Really frustrating. We paid a hefty premium to work with them based on our designer saying we wouldn't have these types of problems.

Snooty. Snotty. Oh so haughty. Basically they don't give a damn. We are doing a large remodel, but due to the appalling lack of courtesy among their staff, I'm taking my tile and stone business elsewhere. Attitude matters and this shop got a 0 out of 10. (My visit there was in 2019, but am just catching up with reviews.)

What a great tile experience. I used to think Ann Sacks pretty tile but was unwelcoming (at least my experiences). Today my perception abruptly changed. I was warmly greeted and shown the selection by two really friendly sales people. I was familiar with the manager from a different company; he encouraged me to come in to the LA space to see the showroom and the fabulous product. Ann Sacks really does have the most special tile (oh, and who knew they had fixtures!). The team was so welcoming. The showroom looks great and the product is more spectacular than I remember (and even some good prices for the commercial jobs). Unlike other showrooms where nothing ever changes, the designer products are fresh! I can’t wait to bring my clients in; I really felt welcome!

The website here says it's open Saturday. When in fact they closed Saturday and Sunday!!

Walked in & browsed a bit, without being pounced upon (which I prefer). A sales associate (Derek) then greeted us politely & handled our requests efficiently. Our only disappointment (if you could call it that) was that they did not have a sample of our choice in the correct color. We were, however, given a sample of the field tile chosen (in white) along with a small sample of our preferred color (black). All-in-all a very positive experience. I would highly recommend them for unusual or retro-inspired tile products.
