This review is long overdue. I've been taking my dog to Angie's for years and I highly recommend. My dog is an old pup and has a lot of anxiety when leaving the house, but she's able to keep him calm and his cut always looks great! We moved out of the area and I'm still coming here.

Angie did such an incredible job with my dog Lucy who is a 50 lb nervous mutt with a heart condition. Lucy has had bad experiences with groomers in the past mainly because their spaces were extremely loud and chaotic. I knew immediately upon meeting Angie and seeing how she interacted calmly with Lucy that Lucy was in good hands. Angie clearly loves animals and they can sense that. Lucy came home so happy, and her black coat was shiny and so clean. I also really appreciated how relaxed and clean Angie’s shop is, you can tell she loves what she does and takes good care of her space and more importantly your pooch!

Great space for your dog to wait before and after the service, so he feels more relax and chill. And the grooming service is excellent, my dog always comes out super clean and with a great haircut.

My two fur babies got the most compliments I have ever received after leaving Angie’s. I got people from their doggie daycare asking where I got them groomed. The cuts absolutely enhanced their cuteness, plus they grew out nicely. Will be sure to return for their next appointment. Thank you!

Met Angie today whilst dropping my Frenchie in for nail clipping. Super friendly, very convenient and clean. She managed to get me in and out within minutes. Thanks Angie. I'll be back.

I've brought my dog heat for the last two years. We don't live in California but whenever we visit I don't let anyone else groom my baby. Angie's very thorough and professional.

Groomer takes no shortcuts, I figured my dog was a little complicated to work with when it came to his hair texture because other grooming services would oftentimes shear his fluff. Angies Pooch Pawlor completely changed my outlook on this, for the first time my dog came out looking fluffy and neat all around! I was so so surprised, he’d never come out that way before! When asking her it he had posed as any sort of problem for her she said no, that’s when I informed her about my previous experiences and she was fully transparent with me about the fact many services did not uphold their integrity. I’m very thankful for the service, she is very welcoming and sincere, I think I’ve found a forever spot!

Angie did a great job with my 8 month old pug Elvie. She even got to hang out and play with some other friendly dogs while waiting to get picked up. Will be back!

I love Angie's Pooch Pawlor, she is the best groomer I have seen in my life by far and probably in the world. She is also next door to me so it is a blessing to have this place here. The dogs there are always very relaxed, well trained, and their haircuts are stylish like show dogs. She basically performed a surgery on my dogs nails it was so bad. It's nice being able to see what's going on because it makes you realize she does put in more effort than other places. After she cuts she also files them down with her tool which I haven't seen done before. My dog acted a little wild, so I told her she could stop but she was determined to finish the job even if my dog wasn't allowing her. If you care about your dogs it's worth bringing them here for some love.

I thought I would give this place a chance and I did get my pet groomed here once it was a pretty good experience for the first time and I planned on getting my dog groomed again and upon the second time I unfortunately had a domestic dispute and I notified the owner the same day as my appointment as soon as I was out of the hospital. She responded with I am so sorry but I require a 48 hour cancellation you're still required to pay that in order to have your dog seen here. I find that absolutely ridiculous because there's no way for me to have a 48 hour window of preemptively knowing I was about to have my a** beaten and go to the hospital. Although my domestic issues have nothing to do with her, I am absolutely blown away that she couldn't understand that there was no possibility of a 48 hour warning in this scenario. I will never go to her again normal, nor refer anyone. she's also in a super sketchy part of the neighborhood where you literally feel like you're about to get shot up before you walk in. 1/10 stars.
