Love supporting small businesses and this was by far one of the BEST!!! I came in for a window repair and was amazed at how wonderful the service was!! I was attended as soon as I walked in the door and I thought I was going to have too wait about 3 days for the repair. An older woman assisted me and I was surprised that they were able to fix it that fast! Will definitely be returning!!!! Great prices and excellent service!

Excellent customer service but it sucks when you return items and they take 20% restocking fee for debit/credit card payments. And yes there is a paper sign posted on plexiglass but still unfair to steal 20% of my money. I will just go to HomeDepot next time where they don't charge a fee for returning items.

A lot here to work with, they had the 1/4 x 3 inch fine thread bolts I needed, no phillips or flathead I was needing to replace for mounting a microwave, they worked tho'

Today (12/4) I went to Andy's Hardware because it was the neighborhood hardware store looking for a wall furnace piece. I found a replacement thermocouple -- they sold it for $69.99. Their product was marked as a "universal pilot igniter" but it's really just a thermocouple or thermopile...When I bought it, I had no idea this product generally costs $10-20. I found and provided a photo for the same product sold by amazon for $17.99 in this review. When my dad told me that actual price range, I figured they must have made a mistake. The price was handwritten on the package, so I didn't want to believe they ripped me off that bad.I just called and spoke to the cashier. She remembered me and told me it said "69.99" on the box so that's what she put. I agreed and explained that I was asking her if it was possible that whoever wrote that made a mistake. She switched me to someone else. That representative was terrible. She told me it wasn't a mistake but she didn't set the price. So when I asked if I could speak to the person that does set prices, she said "well she's not here" (referring to the manager). I asked when she would be available, I got a response "she's on vacation for two more weeks". She basically said it was my fault for paying $70 and that I should have not paid -- which is valid, but I obviously didn't know I was bout to over pay by 2-3x ... I think it wouldn't hurt to have verified that's actually the price they charge to people AND to listen to what I was explaining... But this rep got really rude and wanted nothing to do with me. I asked if I could get the manager's name so I know who to ask for in 2 weeks when I call back, but the rep told me that I was asking "too many questions". I then asked if I could get her name so I could explain to the manager that I already spoke to someone today, and she refused... She also would not give me the cashier's name who I spoke to earlier.I will be calling back to see if the manager would consider a price adjustment.
