The older Hispanic lady is extremely rude, I am extremely Fair, I am also extremely respectful, but this lady kept giving me attitude after I was patient for over 3 minutes, all I asked for was a cup and she said I'm going to have to wait a little bit longer. I don't care if the owner doesn't do anything because they usually don't but I do have a podcast and I will speak about it, I also have over 1 million impressions on Google Maps and my comments actually make a difference, recommendation to the owner, please talk to the lady if not fire her, just look at the reviews it's taking money away from you. Hire someone else who can work good with people, she seems to be very totalitarian and she wants to have power inside of the store when she's just a employee

DO NOT COME HERE!Cashier was hosing down a homeless person who was ALREADY WALKING AWAY from the establishment. When I stopped my car on my way out to tell her to stop she hosed my car down too which I do not care for (thank you for the car wash) but how much of a d!ck do you have to be to add onto a homeless persons problems. To the lady with the black hair you’re a godless woman with no heart!

I wish that they would hire some people here that knew what to do properly and at least acted like they cared! The website states that they are "open 24 hours," but the guy in the morning that spoke bad English said that he "closed the store for an hour and a half (and) the restroom doesn't open until 7:00 am!" They have been a very incompetent crew! Some of them didn't even count correctly and they wouldn't service the place by keeping stock filled. This was the worst AMPM as far as staff was concerned. Some of them didn't speak English right nor appeared to understand it. They, notably the ladies also seemed to ignore requests by the customers.

IF YOUR STORE IS NOT 24 HOURS DONT HAVE THAT AS YOUR STORE HOURS ONLINE. SMH IVE BEEN AT CHLA FOR 3 DAYS AND WENT BY THIS LOCATION AT 2:45 AM & THEY HAD A CLOSED SIGN SAYING ? (6:30) SMH THIS WAS THE 3RD AMPM I WENT TO TONIGHT THAT SAID ONLINE 24 HOURS AND WERE CLOSED

I was on my way out of town and I stopped by the store to buy some calottery tickets and I didn’t notice the machine didn’t take fifties but I had already put the money in and it took my money. That night the employee Pedro was working and said it was to late for someone to come out that d get my money out but assured me that he would get it out and send it to me. I didn’t really believe him but I was wrong, he got ahold of me the next day and sent me my money. That is rare to find these days and I greatly appreciate Pedro and the ampm staff. Thank you for your help.

The young man working this morning was very unpleasant and not helpful or courteous. The security, who was also a male was very unpleasant also. But, did enjoy recivng a free coffee and gummy worms for signing up for the AM/PM app. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who like good customer service.

Horrible customer service . In particular a cashier named Sylvia. To start they block off half the store to mop. During rush hour what is that.? Regardless i can to a point understand them, but the guy that was also waiting DID get the opportunity to get his drink ,but i was told no. Sadly the manager was there and went along with her coworker Sylvia and didn't care much. She was obviously on her way home. So she left. Then the cashoer went off and bragging to other clients how she treated me. Its very sad to see that instead of feeling welcomed i come out attacked. I had to go back in because i forgot my fork and i asked the cashier and no eye contact ,she just threw it on the counter. I was left with my hand out because i wasnt in the counter. I will be contacting owner or FBC because obviously management knows and does nothing . This happened 3/25/22

I am writing this review on behalf of my father. He walked into AMPM on friday around 2pm. He purchased an electrolit drink. He walked out and 30 minutes later he returns because he found out that the drink had a weird substance (moldy?) in it that should not have been there. When he tried to get his money back the cashiers first denied ever selling it to him or even having the product, and then they didn't even offer him an exchange or a refund. I will note that my dad did not get a reciept (which I then reminded him to always get a receipt prior to leaving the store). However, the cashiers should always make sure that the drink quality is up to standards prior to selling.

Usual AMPM which has drinks like coffee or soda. Plenty of snacks to choose from to enjoy during your morning commute or drive to wherever. The place looked neat and clean. I mostly come here for the Arco gas which is cheaper than Shell. Use your debit card either at the pump or go inside the AMPM. The area is pretty safe. It's close to LACC. Some homeless people are camped across the street.
