Stayed at the Holiday Inn right behind and the gas station lets there employees blast the music all night long effecting everyone’s sleep in that part of hotel . Read the other reviews poor management .

I ordered a sandwich and a cola for the first time today. I was confused a few times when paying by card, but the person was friendly and made me feel very comfortable!
It was my first time in Los Angeles and I had great memories! Thank you brother! !

Very rude. Went in to make a purchase. When the clerk told me to enter my card, I informed him that it wasn't prompting for my card and that it wanted a phone number. So he said you will just have to pay cash. If he can't properly run the register, maybe he should work elsewhere. This was my first time in this store. It will be my last time. You lost a valuable customer due to the disrespect I was shown.

If I can give no stars foe this gas station I would. Went to top off gas tank to return rental. And pump number 9 charge me $154! When it wouldn't let us pump when we entered my debit card twice. So frustrated I went in to pay cash. Then I received notification that I spent $154. When I asked the gas station attendant he laughed at me for being out of stateAnd would not give me the store number to verify. Watch out and don't do any kind of business at the station!!! They steal your information here!!! And I'm going to report them to corporate!!!!

If you are open 24 hours, I shouldn't be turned away at the door. I walked up to the door and saw a man behind the counter seemingly on a video call laughing and having a good time. I tried both doors and they were locked (even though I checked to make sure that it was open 24/7). When the worker noticed I was trying to get in to make a purchase he turned me away without even getting out of his seat. So if you're here in the odd hours before a flight at LAX, expect to be turned away.

While my husband was fueling and purchasing snacks for our flight I was attempting to use the restroom. After standing at a locked door for 10 min waiting for what I assume someone to come out I looked in the window to the lady working in the back. She started screaming at me the that the restrooms were closed to the customers. She was more than rude. Then I went to the front counter to verify and she was just as rude. By law they have to provide bathrooms. If I knew that for sure I would demanded to use it. This is not right!!

Talk about a great customer experience ! Great management with Michelle and great employees like Tina make me want to come back to this AMPM rather than 7/11! Thanks ladies!
