I frequent this place often and I never had a complaint until yesterday.
The young lady who rang me up was rushing me and that caused me to miscalculate how much money I had. She rang me up for 2 lottery scratchers when I only wanted one. To top it off, I only had enough money for one scratcher not 2. I explained that to her and she still tried to ring me up for two and when I explained again, she rolled her eyes at me, threw her hands up in the air in frustration and rang for her supervisor. She said nothing else to me but when her manager came she spoke to her in Spanish, she probably thought I wouldn't understand her. She's dead wrong. She told her manager that I wanted 2 and now I only wanted to pay for one
Her manager told me that next time I wanted a scratcher to be sure of the amount as they couldn't return them and she would have to pay for it
I told her that I apologize that wasn't my intention.
Now I just left after cashing in the ticket and the young lady is there, saw me and rolled her eyes at me again (had she did it when I was in my 20s, I wouldn't have been so nice) and her manager served me. Respectful enough but I can tell neither of them liked me.
Listen, yesterday I made a error which I apologized for, I don't know what their issue is but I deserve respect as I gave them. If this is how employees treat customers who made a honest mistake, I won't be back. Ever!
You never know what someone is going thru when they visit your establishment. Having class and couth is the best approach. Her reaction yesterday and today is despicable.
Her name isn't on the receipt but I'm transaction #1022211 and the time was4:51:42pm and this occurred May 24, 2022

It’s a shame when you spend over $175 for gas, and the rude girl working the counter won’t let you use the restroom . I’ll buy my gas and snacks elsewhere I guess.
