There is no one I trust more with my car than Sam & the team at AMJ Auto Repair! About 4 years ago, I was experiencing a lot of trouble with my car and the dealership told me that my engine was damaged beyond repair and the only option was a new car. I’d been calling around to different mechanics in the area to price possible engine repairs and a co-worker referred me to a mechanic who he described as honest & very trustworthy. Unfortunately, that particular shop didn’t specialize in what I needed and I was told “I’m going to refer you to Sam. He’s the best.” And 4 years later, I can tell you that he is! Turns out I did not need a new car & the problem was not even my engine. At AMJ, they will really get to the cause of whatever your car troubles are and provide you with the best quality and most affordable solution! Sam and the team are the most honest, kind, and knowledgeable mechanics out there! You can feel comfortable that what you’re being told as far as the issue with your car and price are both accurate and fair, always! Take your car to AMJ and I guarantee you will never go anywhere else.

If I could give six stars I would. Sam has simply been the best mechanic I have ever had. He's taken care of my car and my children's cars for years. He's old school, focused strongly on customer service, and a great guy. I simply cannot recommend him highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with AMJ. Sam is the absolute kindest and most helpful person and best mechanic I’ve ever had. He helped me find my car to buy, he’s fixed everything quickly and thoroughly and he’s been prompt and responsive every time. Truly a fantastic experience and I hope I never move so I can keep him as my mechanic forever!

Sam is the absolute best. We take our cars there anytime we have an issue or anytime we need service. If it doesn't need doing, Sam will tell you you don't need it done. And if you do need it done, he'll give you the best price around for good, timely work.

I have been coming here for over a year and have used AMJ for 3 different cars and every time I have gotten fast and great service for an honest price.
Most recently I got a new tire through them and the were nice enough to put on the spare for me and check the tire pressure for all the other tires.
He also makes it a point to ensure you understand what was wrong and what the solution is.

AMJ auto repair is THE place to go for all your car problems! Sam, the owner, is not only great at fixing cars, he’s the nicest human ever. I’m always nervous to get my car looked at and getting “taken for a ride” (pun intended) but Sam is super trustworthy. I recommend AMJ to all East- siders with car problems.
