One of the best services I’ve experienced while living in LA. Albert was extremely knowledgeable, and consulted him on the best way to fix my car after I got A hit and run. He , without asking or even charging me, just quickly cleaned up my scuffs while advising me. Recommend here, not every auto body shop will be considerate… great service

Both times that I’ve had body repairs done at this shop have been great experiences. They good good work, reasonable timeframe, it’s easy to get ahold of them on the phone, a couple days before the work is complete, they give an ETA, and they clean the car before pick up. All around a great experience.

Highly recommend! Hands down the best service I have received from a repair center. Had a pretty bad scratch on the side of my car and minimal time available to get it repaired. Not only did Avo and his team take care of it much faster than I expected, but their price was also competitive. They have my business and referral from now on.

Outstanding service at this body repair shop! The team was professional and efficient, quickly addressing. issues on my car with excellent attention to detail. The result was fantastic, making my car look like new again. Highly recommend for top-notch work and friendly service.

One of the nicest shops I've ever been too. My work van had an emergency where the door came off it's hinges and they fixed it up right away without hesitation. Such a great professional group. Thank you Ameripros! I will be back.

I'm hoping this honest review will finally get me my call back. I went to Ameripros after a part broke on the mechanism that pulls down the roof on my convertible, My car sat for weeks while I racked up thousands of dollars in rental fees, only to find out I could have been driving my car that whole time while we waited 3 weeks for the part to come in. I finally get my car back, and a couple weeks later, I attempt to drive with my roof down, and the same part they replaced broke again. I drove directly to the shop, and explained what happened. They ordered another part and told me it would likely be a few weeks. A few MONTHS go by, so I finally call them asking what's going on with that part. They seemed flustered and indicated the part arrived but no one could locate it. I was told I would get a call back. I never did. I called last week asking what was going on, but no one was there to help me. I left a message, and I STILL have not heard back. I fully regret going to this shop. The flakiness, the lack of communication, it's not what I expect at a reputable place like this. If you have time to waste and don't mind chasing them down for info, then this is the place to go. I unfortunately am not in that position.

My experience with Ameripros has been amazing! They are phenomenal with their work. Very responsive, quick and reliable! Sean has been such a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad that I was referred to Sean at Ameripros! I am not local but they are absolutely worth the drive! So happy with the work that I had done here with them. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

These guys are GREAT!! Just picked my car up ahead of schedule, detailed AND full gas. Cant beat that!! This was an insurance claim and they have been nothing but professional and courteous. I will keep them in my phone contacts for the future and highly recommend that you do too!
